  1. David Hillier ‏ @DavidHillier Reply RetweetedRetweet Delete FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details Ticketus/Ng better than TBK/Ticketus for RFC. Larger Ng investment allows better CVA and can absorb bigger payoff for Ticketus.
  2. Alasdair Lamont ‏ @BBCAlLamont Reply RetweetedRetweet Delete FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details Ticketus say they'll work with BK or Ng, Negotiating with one doesn't preclude working with other. Don't think P Murray agrees however.
  3. Well said. Losing any of the bidders is bad news.
  4. Where is he when he's needed!!!
  5. Fucking hell. Imagine that came about. What about Kennedy saying that he would be back if TBK didn't get the gig? Still on?
  6. I was always of the opinion that Ticketus would have to be dealt with, whoever the winning bidder was. How it is broken down is immaterial. They are now in line to get more that they would have done previously.
  7. £14m paid back sooner than TBK deal. Obviously not official.
  8. I meant that the involvement of Ticketus with TBK bid was one of the main reasons given for it being blocked. Now that Ticketus have jumped ship, will the Ng bid get the same treatment? It doesn't seem like it on the early responses.
  9. Strangely, it was only one bid which folk had a problem with Ticketus involvement.
  10. Even without knowing what the other bids entail?
  11. Alasdair Lamont ‏ @BBCAlLamont Reply RetweetedRetweet Delete FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details BKs remain willing to stand by their offer should the Singaporeans fail to do a deal
  12. Alasdair Lamont ‏ @BBCAlLamont Reply RetweetedRetweet Delete FavoritedFavorite · Close Open Details Blue Knights say they'd expected to be made preferred bidder on Fri. Duff & Phelps asked for a £0.5m non-refundable deposit for exclusivity Ticketus wouldn't provide that, then it emerged they'd been offered a 'substantially' better offer by Singaporeans. BKs wouldn't improve their offer to T'tus and in interests of a quick deal being done are stepping back to allow D&P, T'tus and Ng to do a deal.

  14. Some tweets from David Hillier, Professor of Finance at Strathclyde Business School, which were of interest regarding CW: "No contact with Whyte strongly suggests Miller RFC bid is Newco. Very likely CW will sell to Ng or TBK and avoid liquidation investigation." "[Liquidation investigation] is a mandatory investigation by the liquidator into the final three years of a company to go to secretary of state." "Likely outcome now looks like CVA but club remains in admin until HMRC FTT decision. This is why clarity needed on SPL proposals." "CW said that Miller hasn't been in touch which makes me believe he wants to liquidate and not negotiate CVA."

  17. Is Dragonfly Trumpeter playing Craig Whyte to Brahim Hemdani's SDM? Sent in to take the heat off?
  18. Didn't you say that this was also an issue for the Asian-Pacific bid? Is that still the case?
  19. You are entitled to do what you like, bud, that just doesn't sit right with me.
  20. Contacting the man directly in the first instance would have been preferable to going straight in and grassing him up to his boss. A bit snide.
  21. All the above reasons are valid. I would also like to add that due to his shady dealings the good name of The Rangers has been dragged through the mud - quite possibly the greatest of his crimes.
  22. Here is the news - there is no news.
