It is being reported that both bidders have asked for more time, with no decision being made today by D&P.
-
Their reputation will remain intact as they can just use the 'not deliverable' caveat. All we can do is wait and see what transpires, but it's becoming increasingly tedious.
-
If I could read the minds of D&P, then I could maybe agree. I just don't trust those cunts one bit.
-
A few tweets now saying that the administrators are telling them that no preferred bidder will be announced today!

No liquidation, no sanctions. Suits me down to the ground.

The Blue Knights should be very clear about the liquidation subject

What Paul Clark says and what the reality is aren't always the same thing. There is still a long, hard road ahead. -
Are you being your usual cynical self.....or have you heard something?

We'll need to agree to disagree on this one. I think the proposals are spot on, and are designed to stop the Bill Millers of this world in their tracks.

Was the backing from the various groups not simply down to the proposed share issue giving the fans an opportunity to have some clout. The RST have stated that any representative should come from a financial/business background. -
I'm sorry, but anyone who finds that offensive shouldn't be allowed to leave the house, never mind attend a match.

We have our own numbskulls who would go to Division 3 to administer a bloody nose to the rest. They can't grasp that we would be causing ourselves damage.

What's offensive about it?

Tney are a hell of a lot better than the only other alternative. Apart from Paul Murray, what other members of TBK were previously on the Ibrox board? -

Fair enough, but personally I try to look beyond the spin. Now is the time forthe transparency that we were assured of. ASAP. -

They can't guarantee no liquidation, but it's not something that they have ever claimed either. They're bid is far from ideal, but up against the alternative, it's a no brainer. I expect to hear a detailed plan once they are given the nod, and that includes naming all those who are involved. -
What's Edward Fox up to these days?

The new rules are for the SPL, not the SFA. If we exit administration before the start of next season we will not be given any further penalty. Liquidation will bring separate sanctions depending on when it happened. As things stand, we would go to the third division if it happens before April 30.
-
If we are to believe what has been said today, by both Miller and D&P, then Dingwall is correct. If TBK don't get preferred bidder status, we will be liquidated next week. There is no way that the footballing authorities could give written guarantees that there would be no sanctions against us. That would see the end of Miller's involvement.
-
They will have ensured that they have covered themselves with regard to any investigation.
-
Is being an irelevance better or worse than not being an impediment?
-
Only TBK can stop them from going from administrators to liquidators.
-
No bid at the moment capable of acceptance. Prepared to talk to TBK over the weekend. Monday is the very last day for choosing a preferable bidder. Craig Whyte won't be an impediment as part of the process.
-
Paul Clark admits that Miller's bid is following the newco route and would want the club's assets soonest, with a CVA at a later date. TBK are back in and keen to progress their interest.
-
Paul Clark on Clyde 1 tonight. If TBK don't come in with a better bid, D&P will go with Miller on Monday. - Paul Clark.
