  1. Somewhat strangely Betts signed as the creditor.
  2. Point being that if Hmrc get 75% of the unsecured debt they can if they dont like the CVA offer apply to wind us up. murray is for some reason gettimg off far to lightly in this debacle.
  3. That is untrue the Ebt's were in dispute and still the books were cleared with nary a word about the small tax case either. EBT's are still perfectly legal of utilised correctly.
  4. I cant do link on phone but it was a definitive that CVA is for unsecured creditors. Simms & partners website states clearly secured creditors do not vote on CVA's. F.A. Simms & Partners Plc
  5. I cant do link on phone but it was a definitive that CVA is for unsecured creditors. Simms & partners website states clearly secured creditors do not vote on CVA's.
  6. Tax people could only appeal if allowed to, serioud questions need asking as to why the auditors kept signing off the accounts without mention of either tax problem or indeef any alloeance for them. Murray should keep quiet and put up or shut up.
  7. I believe CVA is the sole voting remit of unsecured creditors which could if they can muster 75% of unsecured debt, put us at the mercy of the revenue subject to the tribunal result.
  8. thats big of him to consider it guys a tosser and part of the problem.
  9. Saw the IS and laughed as useless as the AIB in Scotland johnston need s his baws kicked
  10. Can he afford not to have clear out, our season could be over sooner than we think.
  11. You will have to ask Bluedell he introduced the word fake, as forTicketus they have previous with the club allegedly connected to jelavic.
  12. You try harder I will stick to what is known rather than make suppositions as to murray' s vast array of questionable dealings, none more so than putting us in the shit. Wonder if he is looking to get his hands on a nice tax loss entity for next to nothing, a £1 maybe.
  13. You may ne willing to give murray's creatibe accountancy the all clear but I am not. I wonder if that is the same sort of fake that never once mentioned Ticketus in those same accounts.
  14. As stated previously one of murray's companies boihht the lease, murray is just mopping up the gravy. murray park is the subject of a long term lease, evem if our honest as the bible accoumts claim otherwise, a sort of Albion car patk rewriting of history. Todays job on Whyte by murray's poodles has murray's prints all over it. I don't wonder if the laughingly called press will ever take murray and his puppet boards to task.
  15. The lease bears an uncanny likeness to that of murray park.
  16. One of his companies bought it not quite the same as him buying it previously. Whither it makes money or not is a moot point murray will make money as he always appears to come hell or highwater.
  17. Murray is still dealing in mega millions, he is about to buy Waverly market in Edinburgh valued at £50 million for forty pence, YES 40 PENCE ! So he is doing something right and is far from the spent force that the taigs imagine he is.
  18. All sorts of weitd and wonderful rumours doing the rounds tonight, from Whyte calling Ally's bluff to a five or eight page spread with Whyte at the center in tomorrows daily rhebel, has murray used the media again for his own ends, has he set Whyte up willingly or otherwise ?
  19. If we can't beat a team of smack heads and neds heaven help us.
  20. Wasn't Healy said to be on £4k.
  21. I thought the artible was very poor, it is mostly rehash and supposition, not a single quote from the man in the headline.
  22. The problem there is whyte said the accounts should be signed off for 31/01/2012, does he have a crystal ball, does he think Thornton will give him a letter of indemnity, I don't.
  23. Thanks for that but I find it hard to believe anything in the books, after previos events and our finances being as they are. What puzzles me most of all is the failure to sign the accounts off, there wasn't a problem signing them off before the possible liability was known about then and it didn't prevent signing off as a going concern. To many questions and no answers, Murray imho still has all his fingers in the pie.
  24. That's interesting can you provide a link. As I recall there was a mortgage or loan outstanding on the Albion and a very convoluted path for Murray park leading back to a lease granted by school trust. As with all things Murray I doubt it is as clear cut as you suggest.
  25. Has been said he still owns title to the Albion and Murray park.
