No training today or yesterday, word is Ally thought some of the overworked stars were looking a bit jaded and neeeded a wee rest.
-
There was no training today.
-
Whyte has a piece of paper which is in the public domain stating he spent £1, there are no papers contractual ones stating he spent/lodged £18 million+ There is evidence of Close Brothers and the amateurish confusion around the hastily removed MG05, you couldn't make it up but someone has and very badly. PS training was cancelled for today, yes it is true.

There is no doubt that there is security pledged, just that it is the securities final end holder that is shall we say ambiguous. Whatever happens for £1 and a Gekko script the bank will eventually get their perceived debt, anyone who thinks any more than £1 changed hands should maybe figure out the evidence for this having happened. The main players all of them, are known for being economical with the truth, if the end result of the tribunal were to be evasion things would get very very interesting, if not and we get the result I think we will huge sighs of relieve will be heard from a vineyard somewhere.

Secured against whom rather than what, Murray to pay with the banks own money ?, toxic doesn't even begin to describe this pile of shit the whole £1's worth of it.
-
That if the tribunal went south the revenue would get all and the bank would get fuck all.
-
I can see a white knight sitting on yonder hill surveying all he still owns, when will he ride to the rescue ?
-
You would have to understand the nefarious intracacies of evasion and avoidance which I am sure you do, thickness of a cell wall and other adages, just let us say a bank which has had money by the billion from taxpayers is and has made sure that they will get theirs as they see it before anyone else revenue included. Murray must be laughing up his sleeve unless of course the £1 for a piece of paper which appears to have been written by Steven Spielberg and get a club free, gets exposed for what it is, fiction. Just to be clear about the accounts that may or may not have been signed of for the term end to 30 June 2011, they are more or less the previous regimes accounts.
-
I am reasonably certain that it is a circular and very cynical arrangement for the debt, it hasn't gone anywhere we as a club owe it to our new owner who will almost certainly owe it to LBG, they can dress it up any way they like leverage is leverage and our assets are one very big lever.

Just emphasising that Ellis is still a registered director of RFC group, the nicest thing that I can say is that the deal stinks from the bank down, it really should be investigated but there is no body or person with the teeth or authority to do anything about it aka Cadbury and countless others syndrome.

If I was a bookie calculating the odds on the tax case we would be very heavy odds on favourites to get a result, HMRC for all their front and bravado allied to a good deal of "we are the Revenue what we say is final" are piss poor at these cases their record is abysmal even worse than has been claimed, it is about a 0.7% success rate. A lot of people and companies are realising that HMRC are subject to the same laws as everyone else, although they like to cultivate the myth that they are above it. My advice to anyone who has a case a good one against HMRC claims/assessments/bully boy tactics is to tell them go take a flying fuck and see them in court, as long as you are certain of your facts.

If kings account is true, he claims that the letters absolved the people they refer to from any repayment of monies advanced, that is a clear admission of not being very clever and a clear pointer to criminal evasion, not much point of arguing at a tribunal if your guilt is in black and white, of course we only have kings radio snyde comments on this to go on. I am beginning to wonder if any and all correspondence if any exists is on MIH paper, hence murray's desire to be in control through Thornhill, strange setup altogether almost as if it was arranged, if you get my meaning. Whyte and Murray are indeed a strange combination, more questions than answers.

Daryll King also claimed to have seen incriminating side letters, which if it was true would negate the need for any tribunal. Even it was true what if those side letters were on MIH paper as opposed to RFC headed notepaper or letters.
