You would think so. Surely they can request access due to the data protection act. I'm sure the programme will be using the clubs emblems. If these are protected by copyright then maybe they can request access to ensure the correct use of the company's logo's?

I'm not sure about what happens when one is arrested for being drunk. I do know that only a police officer is qualified to define someone as drunk. I know this because the Scottish licensing laws forbid you from selling alcohol to someone as drunk, but the term drunk is a grey area as there is no way to tell if someone is drunk without a breathalyser. Would this man, after being arrested, have been breathalysed?

I've never paid much attention to Sectarianism or really the debate about it. It strikes me as truly remarkable that the official website of the main anti-sectarianism organisation in our country appears to be showing a clear bias to one side. They even shoot themselves in the foot by quoting this as their definition of sectarianism; & then giving several examples that are narrow-minded & presumtious.

I disagree with the notion that late goals are a habitual problem. But I do concede that the 2 late goals we have conceded have been important ones. Yesterdays lost us 2 points, not catastrophic but disappointing nonetheless & the other got us put out of Europe.

Nice to see Stevie G getting a goal on his comeback. As for Celtic v Kilmarnock. 3-3 is still a good result for us & Killie. Killie bossed the first half & to be honest, passed the ball better than Celtic in the second. Stokes free kick was nice, but then Kilmarnock slept after the kick-off & gave away a needless goal. I missed the third goal because I was watching Gerrard score for Liverpool. Overall though, I'm pleased.
