Kinda annoyed at Rangers being discussed as a topic of its own. We aren't the only club to have gone into administration.

We have to be realistic though mate, we are in administration. We would be offered pennies for any player. I think if you look at it with ethics in mind, it makes slightly more sense. The administrators job is to save money & secure the clubs future. The players wages are the highest overheads. They have to make people redundant in most cases so if a player requests to leave then they won't, IMO CAN'T, say no to this. Their job is to secure our future, not the league.

FFS! BBC just reported that administrators have failed to agree paycuts designed to halt redundancies.

They asked to be released though. They weren't told to leave.

I wouldn't think so. Insurance would, IMO, only pay out if a player was unfit to 'work'. The fact that injured players are required to attend physio, remediation & training would be classed, IMO, as work as its a requirement.

We don't know the ins & outs of the deal. We did pay a fee for him, this may have included his wages. Or we may have a minimal contribution towards them.

Then I apologise. My comment was intended to let you know that I did see where you were coming from it but that ME crying would not help anything & so I was being realistic with my harsh posts. I wasn't intimating that you were being a crybaby at all.
