So this independent panel are aware of the fact that our players have the option of leaving the club in the summer, & of the fact that the players have said they will exercise this option if Craig Whyte is still the owner.. then the fact that CW doesn't look like selling & D&P have still not commenced any court proceedings in order to obtain CW's shares.. & the acceptable punishment they come up with is a 12 month transfer embargo? WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY? This is absolutely ludicrous. I can't believe it's not April 1st. Rules were broken, punishment would be deserved.. but at least make it appropriate.. or at least wait until a more appropriate time.. Ahh fuck it, lets hand in our notice to the SPL. There's a risk no other league will have us.. but its better to take that risk than stay in a league that is publicly trying to hang us.

IMO nothing that the current fans trusts don't do atm. Just because the views would be put across in a boardroom instead of a, well covered, press release doesn't mean there would be anymore action on those views than there is now. I think that having so many fan organisations as we do now just proves that all fans cannot be kept happy.. they all have differing opinions on Rangers matters (which I believe is a good thing) but if only 1 could be represented at board level then that would cause disruption, again only my opinion.

I think the misunderstanding here is that Ticketus had, allegedly, told the BK's that they would not pay the exclusivity fee. The BK's then got the money together but the people funding the exclusivity fee added clauses ( I assume refunds if they didn't purchase the club?) which the administrators didn't fully agree on? I heard there was a compromise somewhere and an agreement had been reached until PM heard that Ticketus had done a deal with Bill NG aswell & then he threw his toys out of the pram.. ahem.. stepped aside? :fish: In honesty, I was/am on the fence with TBK's, purely because of all the talk of investors but no confirmation of who they are. I completely understand that some investors may want to remain quiet to protect their personal lives, businesses etc etc After reading the thread (which has caused so much controversy) from BH about JB, who said that he hadn't confirmed to PM whether he would be part of TBK's yet AFTER PM had said publicly that he was, my opinion of them changed somewhat. If PM is stepping aside in the interests of Rangers then hats off to him, that is a great gesture. Who knows, maybe if another bidder buys the club TBK's could still be involved in some way? At the end of the day I'm sure even PM knows that a bidder with a £14m pot of gold is a better option, financially at least, than a payday loan (basically) & then a share issue. I would agree with those who are of the opinion that TBK's could be more trusted than anyone else as we know as little about the other bidders as we did about CW & look how that turned out. All things considered, I'm on the fence. I just want next season to hurry up & start with a new owner at the helm &, at the very least, our current playing squad intact.
