I can't clarify anything, but what you have written is pretty much how I understand it. I think Miller's 'incubator' buys the assets & protects them from being used as a bargaining chip by Whyte. This way he SHOULD theoretically drive a lower price to buy the current Rangers plus SPL membership etc, but still having the back up plan of complete newco if Whyte acts the cunt.

Tbh, with the financial penalties & the fact we are in the shit, dropping into the 3rd division is our best option. If we stay in the SPL we won't win.anything for at least 3 years (with penalties + embargo's etc). If we spend a few years in the lower divisions then by the time we get back into the SPL, Celtic will be running on a smaller budget which would give us a better chance. If.we stay in the SPL with the sanctions, the.SPL keep their.deals, Celtic get the tv money & we get fuck all. Resulting in them getting stronger & us getting weaker every year.
