I see it is unrealistic to expect the manager to be given the funds from a front ended transfer budget to land his number one target, maybe we just have different expectations.
-
You are not seriously suggesting they come under transfer funds, they are continuing running costs from club generated finance, but you already knew that.
-
I believe in the real world of real bids, clubs have the funds to back their bids up, even ones on tick, how about your world. I don't believe I moaned at all about not having any players.
-
I believe wabash would tell you that the reality of the situation is that he hasn't, which events yet to unfold will prove the provenance of.
-
It matters not a jot where it came from, we spent it. Mr Whyte was allegedly going to do all sorts of things on the spending front, I really don't see very much at all.
-
I see, so the new owner's £5 million, which is £2 million less than we spent last year, is reliant on CL money ? Strange way for a new dawn to begin, with less being pledged.
-
It would appear that the budget is open to interpretation. It has been pointed out in other places, that we spent roughly £7 million last year, wherever it came from, when we where allegedly run by a bank,
-
Unfortunately we appear to have lost out on 75% of our alleged targets, must be a reason for that.
-
I believe my post is very self explanatory, if you wish to disagree fair enough, I know that time and tide wait for no man, as it was in the past with The Rangers, maybe I am just a traditionalist. Can't have that, can we now.
-
In my estimation Rangers aren't everyone, just another dumbing down of the expectations of those who accept that sort of decline in our standards.
-
Rangers waiting on a player ? how times have changed and not for the better.
-
We paid 5 times our original offer for Wallace, our owner is on record as saying £2 million is to steep for Goodwillie, you call it what you like, I will call it amateurish in the extreme.
-
I doubt McCoist has the wherewithal to be a successful Rangers manager, time will tell, if Whyte allows him it.
-
Very poor show, amateurish in the extreme, I fear for the future if this is the mark of our executives abilities.

A partner for Jelavic, a ball winner in mid, most of all a commanding centre half.
