  1. and if its a stalemate it comes down to what the IPA believe. I can't see them buying 24 million is a small amount for working capital myself.
  2. he says it was for a small amount. I contest that's a lie. we will see if it is.
  3. tickets will be chasing whyte. then if they don't get all there cash maybe they chase others. of course ticketus also knew it was for the purchase of the club so I don't see how they can sue others for being in on the con they knowingly funded. as I say for me this is simple. if the invoices were for 24 million he's lied and is guilty. if they are indeed for a smaller amount as grier claims he's in the clear.
  4. I've decided I hope its true.
  5. we also have a 10 million pound black hole to plug. if greens doing that that's fine but if not we must sell.
  6. equally if you believe he though 24 million was for running costs your being naive. also he lied and said it was for a small amount why is he lying? he's guilty we have enough information to see that clearly.
  7. uefa can't enforce this type of ban but the sfa can. that's what uefa have said before. all uefa could do was ban them from Europe which would cause problems with restrictions of trade.
  8. good. exactly what we don't need right.now an expensive prima Donna.
  9. it might be in underestimate if anything.
  10. I certainly hope so. thanks for clearing that up.
  11. not quite true. another bidder though would need to step in with actual cash before Thursday though. I shudder to think of the consequences if d&p got this wrong again.
  12. they are using this year as a guage. where we only played them once. let's se how they do if we boycott.
  13. some of that doesn't look quite right but I think its clear some sort of investigation into the whole affair is needed. muirs role is one that needs outing. yesterday grier claimed he read in the paper about whyte buying rangers and phoned him but grier and Muir are pals. I believe Muir brought in grier.
  14. I've seen nothing to suggest we have challenged this on restriction of trade.
  15. if he wants to go he will. at 2 million or less perhaps he's an utter bargain.
  16. yeah he lost it no question. lost the dressing room and had no idea how to recover. best thing he did was recommending eck.
  17. actually I think the timing was just a little wrong. advocatt was undone by the seeding system if he had been 5 or 6 years later maybe a bit more we could have done well.
  18. Murray didn't care about celtc or the spl. he thought he could win in Europe that was the mistake. your right about the gulf in capacity is a big thing. or rather was untill their average dropped below 50k.
  19. money used to plug the funding gap perhaps?
