Didn't Hitler once go down this road?

So FF has its uses after all. You would be a sorely missed.

Surely he's due his wee break in Thailand to continue his Bhuddism studies?

Darryl King going out with a bang on Clyde - giving it to the Obsessed
Kenzie1 replied to Anchorman's topic in Rangers Chat
I caught some of this on my way to Ibrox last night. There was one demented creature who kept asking King if you "could buy history". King, Johnstone and Dalziel all explained the situation to him but he wasn't having any of it. King could have pointed out that Rangers' placings in UEFA were currently at 88 and therefore their history was still intact but he missed the boat there. -
Tommy In Glasgow Calls USA Radio To Discuss Rangers Tax Case - Quality!

I wonder what they must think of someone who doesn't know that the Jets and Yankees don't play the same sport? -
Ibrox will always be Ibrox to me no matter what name it is given.

How very true and if we continue in the same vein, we will deserve all that will come our way.

Not so. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware) and all that. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
-
"Now however, he stands exposed in his true colours - and it's not a pretty sight." It never was. This fat, bloated buffoon whose only form of exercise seems to consist entirely of jumping to conclusions and breaking wind.

Surely they can only appeal on a point of law and from what I've seen, they have no point of law on which to base their appeal. Were they to even attempt to do this, it would demonstrate a breathtaking arrogance considering the costs already involved to the taxpayer and the further costs that would be generated by such a foolhardy action. All things being equal - head of HMRC under parliamentary pressure; adverse publicity; danger of further embarrassing HMRC etc, I very much doubt that HMRC will even consider an appeal.

An excellent piece that deserves as wide an audience as possible.
-
Excellent piece, TBH. Usual standards maintained.

Yes it is whether you were aware of them being stolen or not. Caveat Emptor, and all that.

And Goldman Sachs - 2billion, I believe.

I ask myself those same questions. This seems more and more like a PR stunt rather than anything for the ultimate good of Rangers.

That was truly tragic. About a year or so before the troubles started in Ulster, we lost a young man, Charlie McLaren from Rutherglen, who was killed by a hand grenade when he was out buying toys to take home to the son he had never yet seen. Charlie's widow received the grand sum of £400. He is buried in Little Aden and I would love to be able to have his body brought back home. It is my fervent hope that his wife and son went on to know happiness once more.

You seem to be contradicting yourself here.

Imran Ahmed and Craig Mather now employed by Rangers

No, Pete. That would be Martin Bain. :-))) -
Whilst on the subject, does it not reflect badly on Ogilvy, who as president of the SFA, is not doing very much to level the playing field. Or is Campbell another who 'runs wi' the hares an' barks wi' the hounds'?
