    I agree it is sad when a manager who has of course made mistakes but also won us plenty of trophies and got us to a european final in recent years gets slated like this from our own fans. Poor show.

    That would've been great mate, he was one of the few postives yesterday for us, the others need to take a hard look at themselves. Sound like a broken record saying that this season.

    Is it personal to why our own fans slate Rangers players? Some didn't like Boyd as they said he was too lazy but ended up the SPLs record scorer before he left, others didn't like Miller mainly because he played for them but proved everyone wrong when he came back but they were still happy to see him go recently. Now it's McCulloch getting slated as he is too slow and not skillfull enough as they would like such as players like Xavi :tongue: Like Frankie said others have been much worse without a word being mentioned against them. Some players are certainly not as good as what we have had in the past and before some players signed for us I didn't want them here but they are/were Rangers players and I will/did give them my full backing. I just can't work out why our own fans turn on them so quickly other than it being very personal towards them or jumping on the bandwagon that someone else has started. We will certainly miss McCulloch when he is out, I just hope not too much.

    Seems like our fans have another player to moan about and he's not even played for us. I really couldn't care less who Celtic signed or what they had done to our fans in the past. Their manager has done far worse than Diouf IMO.......

    He's not the only manager who has signed duds is he? And he has also picked up some very good defenders as well, virtually every player is a gamble IMO.

    He's a decent player nothing more IMO or he would already be at a bigger club than Derby at his age. �£20k aweek for an average player no thanks. I think Frankie mentioned it in an earlier post, he's not any better than the likes of Burke and Novo. They must have a lot of unhappy players there who are not playing regularly or maybe they are just happy to pick up good wages for keeping fit. We can't afford to do that these days.

    Why is it always the same players every transfer window we get linked with and none come true? Are the journalists that lazy or short of stories they print this pish........... Hermann Hreidarsson Eidur Gudjohnson Gattuso Lovenkrands David Healy etc etc Surely they can get some new names for their stories :meh:

    It has not really worked out for either so far, Lafferty has done it in spells but made a fool of himself more times than he's socred goals but he has scored some important goals for us. He is working harder than I have ever seen him so with the right partner he might just be an important player for us. Beattie looks like he is trying too hard to get of the mark and hasn't settled at all. He has no pace , hasn't scored many goals for any club except Sheff Utd and doesn't really look like a footballer but he's here and we can't afford to pay him off so he'll get more game time but is looking washed up already.
