  1. If it helped the whole of Scottish football, including themselves, for us only to go down 1 division then yes.
  2. The only ones who should be apologising are the old regime who knew what was happening while getting paid a small fortune. It should be the likes of SDM and Whyte and others on the board and no one else.
  3. I hope whatever happens to us these teams who are so against us don't get a penny from our fans again. I'm sure they will take the TV or any other monies we bring to the lower leagues yet they still seem so against us. They had a chance to do this the proper way and help not only Scottish football but our countries biggest club/asset IMO but they have chosen not to, so I hope they get what they deserve in the near future!! Two wrongs don't make a right..... Once we go down as long as it's with no sanctions I will be happy and when we climb up the leagues we help only the teams who didn't stick the knife in when we were on our knees, fuck the rest of them.
  4. They will never sign for a bigger club than Rangers or win bugger all where they are going. I hope they never set foot in Ibrox again or even mention our great club, they could have been legends but got very greedy, good riddance...
  5. To me it's a good statement and if we had this earlier we could've been a bit further forward. Hopefully things move on from here and become even clearer then more fans can trust them and buy season tickets etc and we can even think about looking forward to the start of a new season wherever that may be
  6. I cancelled mine and the DD at the bank but then phoned up to get it again like Frankie said he done earlier and my first DD is now due to come off at the end of July and not June. I then have time to see what happens.....
  7. From Boss on RM. Seems to reinforce he's about to liquidate Servco and prepack1 "This new company was registered as RFC 0712 Limited on 21 June and changed its name to RFC 2012 Limited the next day. (Might just have been as admin error, so can't read much into that.) The registered office is the address of MacRoberts, solicitors, the same address as Sevco Scotland Limited, which was the Scottish company Green set up last month, and not to be confused with the English/Welsh company Sevco 5088 Limited whose registered office is Green's London solicitors. The sole director of RFC 2012 Limited is Green. There were 2 shares initially created, both owned by Green."
  8. http://www.rangerssupporterstrust.co.uk/rstsite/ Fan Investment Model Wednesday, 27 June 2012 12:57 The Rangers Supporters Trust today announces that it has been developing a vehicle which could ensure fans can be part of the club's future. More details were due to be announced shortly. In the interest of unity we shall be consulting with our sister fan organisations and those parties (such as John Brownâ??s consortium) who have the long-term interests of the club at heart before a formal launch. The scheme we envisaged would enable supporters to join forces and purchase shares to create a bloc shareholding in the Club on behalf of fans. We have been developing a model of fan investment in consultation with the relevant advisory bodies and tailoring it to the situation at Ibrox. One example of such a scheme was produced by FC United of Manchester - http://fc-utd.co.uk/communityshares We would also like to ask that all the current playing squad give the fans time to put a consortium in place whilst considering their future, we hope as many of them as possible will stay and become part of something historic as the world's most successful club moves forward into a new era. We are now in a position to call on Rangers fans from all areas of the Rangers Family with the requisite knowledge and experience to come forward to assist us in this task.
  9. On SSN: Brown to set up a bank account for all season ticket money to go in. Has powerful backers. He wants honesty from Green. If Green has the title deeds to Ibrox, Murray Park and the Albion Car Park he'll make him an offer but needs proof Green can do a deal. Also asks where ticketus are involved. He wants our club back in the hands of the supporters.
  10. It does seem strange but maybe he's just pissed off like the rest of us and has found out no one else is doing anything to try and save us at present. It might not come to anything but why would he put his legend status on the line to make a fool of himself or be used by someone else and get backing of other legends is there wasn't anything in it?
  11. From someone on FF, I don't know him or how reliable this is but he seems to knore more than most. Hong_Kong_Ranger http://www.rangers.hk Bears, I mentioned this in another thread, but thought it should be something that everyone sees immediately as it might get lost and missed by people. I have spoken to Bomber this morning and he has a number of press interviews, etc this morning where further details of his backers and plans for the club will come out. I think they will start at 9am this morning, so listen and watch out. BBC, Sky, STV, Radio, newspapers, everyone has been lined up. This is the only show in town and we need to back this 100%. He already has the support of many of our heroes, such as Goram, Laudrup, Amoruso & Albertz and more will follow. Donald Findlay QC is also on board. Incidentally, I mentioned to Bomber about the planned protest tonight and he wanted me to pass on to everyone that he will be in attendance. So if anyone wants to ask him any questions directly they can tonight. He will also make sure the press are there tonight, so if you can get along, do so and we can send out a very powerful message to Charles Green that we want our club back. So you know it's his groups plan to engage with all the fan groups, supporters clubs, associations - everyone.
  12. I hope this bid from Bomber is genuine and not getting our hopes up again. I think we've gave Green long enough and nothing seems to be moving along like it should and our team is falling apart right in front of us. Things need to happen now before it's too late
  13. I'm sure once we go down divisions he will have his contract renegotiated, but he will be one of the highest paid i'm sure....
  14. So if Green gets this wrong we probably won't be playing anywhere next season? Why has he not applied for this before now?
  15. Chris McLaughlin ‏@BBCchrismclaug #SFA tell newco #Rangers to get their application for SFA membership in by Friday. Chris McLaughlin ‏@BBCchrismclaug The #SFA application must include fit and proper details from administrators re Charles Green and consortium. #Rangers
  16. Surely Naismith can do better than Blackburn! Whittaker will get caught out big time down there IMO he just can't defend!
  17. It's a great time for youngsters to stake a claim for first team football without having to leave on loan and they will be mentioned in our history books forever. Surely players who have not really featured for us yet will want to stay and take their chance? Ness has all the talent but as we all know very injury prone but he's another we have looked after for how long being out injured without any loyalty being shown sad.
  18. Even thought we knew it was probably going to happen it's like a knife to your heart. I seriously haven't had a good nights sleep for a long time  it's also playing havoc with my psoriasis and arthritis
  19. I agree with this Frankie, although some fans will want something back I'd imagine so why not give them a free copy of the rangers news (if it still exists monthly?), have monthly draws with decent prizes (i'm sure some sponsors or companies would donate good prizes for publicity in return) or have Rangers hospitality deals, meals, signed shirts, footballs etc that fans are interested in. If you have say 10k fans a month doing this and taking off prizes and other costs it could raise say £150k a month? There are so many worthwhile money making projects out there that could help us, and that our fans i'm sure would pay for if done the right way, surely the club must look into this more.
  20. Exactly most fans actually think it will be more competitive and they will challenge for the league soon enough or even win it! It's pure ignorance as they have no chance as the scum will have it won by xmas, the crowds will then loose interest and fall rapidly, along with very low viewing figures on TV.
  21. It's natural to hate/dislike your main rival is it not? I hate Celtic but I certainly love Rangers more. In Scotland it has been a 2 team league for quite some time so if they are not doing well it normally means we are even if we're not playing great, if that makes sense I'm sure Dundee Utd fans hate Aberdeen and don't want them to do better than them as a team, is that not the same? Other teams come out with 'bile' as you put it, such as songs about the Ibrox disaster, players dying in their sleep, most teams including yours call us 'huns' among other bigoted chants yet nothing is done, have you apologised at any point or is it OK to do that? We are the most successful team in Scottish football and it's that rather than anything else IMO as why they don't want us in the league.
  22. ICT also Vote No to NEWCO On SSN and STV twitter........
  23. I get where you're coming from and not many trust Green but I still find it a poor statement from both of them yesterday which is the main reason they are getting stick. I don't know who advised them but it could have been put much better and showed them in a much better light. I hear there's only 16,000 season tickets renewed and that accounts for 9,000 who are on DD and haven't paid yet (if the posters on FF have their figures right ). That's down 22,000 from last year.
  24. I don't think he would've no and that only makes it worse for me. I think he would have played for Smith but will not for Green. The club would still be the same no matter who it was under just one is obviously more trusted and loved than the other.
  25. Well done to them and rightly so they all got plaudits at the time but that will probably be forgotten by this (fans are very fickle and unforgiven as we pay good money to watch rich players remember), but they did also renegotiate their contracts to leave us at a cheaper transfer value and by doing so covered themselves for their loss as they will/can get a bigger signing on fee and/or wages instead. As I mentioned they have taken BIG wages from us whilst being out injured for long spells so to want some loyalty back is not much to ask is it especially for someone who says he loves the club. It could have been handled so much better.
