Bell is out of contract in the summer. From Daily Express: By Scott Burns RANGERS manager Ally McCoist is ready to offer a pre-contract to Kilmarnock keeper Cammy Bell â?? but has still to decide whether to make a move for wantaway Aberdeen winger Ryan Fraser. McCoist was keen to land the Scotland squad keeper in the last transfer window but was forced to prioritise on the last day and, with Neil Alexander already in place, decided to concentrate on deals for Hearts pair David Templeton and Ryan McGowan, although the latter deal fell through. Bell is out of contract in the summer and Ibrox goalkeeping coach Jim Stewart has backed McCoistâ??s move. The problem is that Rangers can agree a pre-contract with Bell this month but canâ??t register him until September 1 next year, when their SFA transfer embargo is lifted. That means if a club offers Bell a contract before then the Gers could lose out. Killie boss Kenny Shiels has opened talks with the 26-year-old to extent his contract but that looks unlikely.

Sixty-seven players 'in legal action' over Rangers contract transfer

Lee McCulloch #jiggymacc6 For everyone asking I am not involved in the 67 people and if my name is there then it will be taken off.. -
myself, Frankie and our pal Hastie at the top of this picture

hopefully the SFL teams will see sense and stay. This format will end Scottish football and make the divide worse. Why can't we work as one under one organisation for the good of the game rather than it be all about money which isn't going to save some clubs!!
-
Average SPL attendances are down quite a bit from what I read on FF today, there's no way other fans will go give other club/s money when they aren't giving their own any, and especially if they are giving us money as well
-
running away to the SFA for help and calling us 'the Rangers' in their non response. i expect the rules to be bent in their favour here.
-
Winning the leagues are more important in the next few years. I want to win this game obviously (and we might anything is possible) but I can't see it with the squads we both have just now and a statement has to be made against the SPL and the clubs who tried to destroy us not so long ago, yet they want us to forget that right away and move on to help Scottish football just like that, the same Scottish football they virtually helped ruin when they voted us out. I don't understand why fans would still want to go under these circumstances, this is more than about a winning a football game.
-
So they fuck us over big style more than once but as soon as it affects them we've to move on for the sake of Scottish football and all help each other simple as that, it really is a shocking statement and so hypocritical but they can't see that.
-
been seeing on FF that some football phone ins are saying we wouldn't dare take the money if we boycotted!!
-
good news and well done on the club for making the stand.....
-
The fans who say they are going are simply letting the club and the other supporters down IMO, our fans can't unite on anything worth a fuck
-
and by going from some posters on here there will sadly be some of our so called fans there, some really don't get it
-
that wouldn't surprise me zappa, they can do what they want it seems by making up new rules for us when it suits them why stop now. maybe a higher organisation can stop them from doing that though?
-
larsson was a great player but he wasn't as good as Laudrup IMO, laudrup could create much more and score from outside the box more, Gazza was also better on his day but I agree he was too inconsistent but always done well against the scum Boyd was nowhere near as good technical wise I don't think anyone has said he was but he scored more goals than anyone in his era by a long way and larsson was in the SPL for years longer than Boyd was, it's goals I am compairing nothing else. I just like good old fashioned strikers, the ones who score goals for fun, his partner up front if he has one and the rest of team are there for a reason and that's to help him score goals and for us to win games which we did quite a lot with hime playing.
-
as i said others have done much worse and some players/pundits still slate us nothing is said about them, i'm sure he regrets some things but he was not the first to react to supporters saying who knows what from the sidelines, very big of them, and he wasn't the first to leave for more money and again won't be the last. He was a good squad player who lots of scored goals i don't care who they were against, we won the league without him but that's always the case when players leave they are not indespensible. But he did help us win trophies and leagues so I can't understand why some fans slag him off the way they do, some of goals were fantastic and did win us games. Jelavic was always going to leave, if it wasn't when he did it wouldn't have been much later. His performances before he left were woeful and lazy yet probably because we sold him in different circumstances he doesn't get anything said against him. He is not a bigger loss than then likes of Boyd IMO. There's been lots of players i've not rated but some of the things boyd gets thrown at him is not warrented IMO. I actually liked buffel and sebo but it's just to wind you up, although it doesn't work anymore
-
yeah we won lots with buffel and sebo right enough, and his goals never helped us win anything right, shocking the way some of fans treat former players.
-
its sad to hear our own fans were glad the day our top scorer and still the leading SPL top scorer left us, other players have done and said much worse yet don't get the same treatment. we haven't had anyone as clinical since he left not even jelavic IMO. just very poor from our own so called supporters IMO If you don't rate him fine but to slag him in the way he has been is what i'd expect from other teams not our own.
-
some fans are just not happy at anything it seems, they just like to moan from past top scorers calling them shite and now it's shirt brands they know as a fact they won't sell well before it happens. i wish i was young and angry at the world again when everything I said was right but those days have passed me by and my 7 year old has taken over
-
it'll always be Ibrox to me and most supporters I would think, I wouldn't stop calling it that if this happened. It's not like we'll have a say in the matter and if it brings in more money to help us rebuild and get stronger then why not.
-
still living off one game then gribz boyd was our top scorer every season he was with us and helped us win 6 trophies enough said for me. I better stop before it turns into a boyd love/hate thread again
-
he was about as hard working as buffel but you seemed to adore him for some strange reason give me a lazy top goalscorer over a timid lazy shitebag of a midfielder any day
-
ffs close this thread now, or post links to the hundreds of other threads on the great Kris Boyd
-
It's terrible the way some of our own fans slag of one of our greatest goalscorers and the top scorer of all time in the SPL, did they hate his attitude when he was putting the ball in the back of the net winning us games and trophies. I'd take a lazy goalscorer over a headless chicken anyday Great to see him back training with us, i'm sure he will return to us in a few years to play again.
