  1. I agree m8 but as I said I doubt he will get a start just now (I hope I'm wrong) , WS will play the same old trash he has been so far even though we've been playing piss poor, stubborn old bugger.....
  2. is furman your new star m8 :fish: , even you must admit he is very unlikely to get a start this season at all. WS will play the likes of dailly, adam, mcculloch all before him just now IMO.....I would like to see him start as well but doubt that will happen.
  3. i'm sure most players would pick them over us just now.......
  4. WALTER SMITH is targeting four new players as he prepares to spend some serious cash before the end of the transfer deadline. The Rangers boss is determined to make major improvements to his team and is searching for a new centre-half, a defensive midfielder, a creative midfielder and a right-sided player http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/display.var.2424130.0.0.php
  5. http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/spl/article1551402.ece I've been impressed whenever I've seen him play, would be a better option than Davis for the same money IMO.......
  6. how else can the supporters show SDM we are not happy, i would not say protesting would make the club a laughing stock the people in charge have done that already........
  7. i'd agree with that..........
  8. he's not a great striker but he's a good striker who should be getting better, if he had a good partner he would score more, he's a goal scorer not an all rounder, also if he had better deliveries from midfield he would score even more......IMO.......
  9. RANGERS' fans today called on Sir David Murray to stick to his word - and spend every penny of the £8million sale of Carlos Cuellar to Aston Villa. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/display.var.2423342.0.0.php
  10. I am very saddened as most are but not surprised by this after what has been going on and our Euro disaster. I have said before I am not looking forward to going this season for this first time ever and the Carlos selling has made that even more so. I hate all the lies the fans are being told but of course we do nothing about it and SDM will go on taking flak without a care in the world. Who will be next to go McGregor? It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. It's depressing to be a Gers fan just now and I doubt the team performances will help. How can a team like Falkirk with no money play good passing football? Teams like them and Hamilton are a breath of fresh air to the SPL in what they are trying to do and I only wish our board and management could see that. I am not going to say they will win trophies but surely by trying to play better football we can attract better footballers than these teams and win trophies playing good football? I can see it getting much worse before it's gets better for us.

  12. Mark Guidi talks shite so to be honest I don't believe this story....
  13. RANGERS striker Kris Boyd is a £2.75million target for German giants Bayer Leverkusen and Cologne. MailSport can reveal both clubs have studied DVDs of the prolific Scotland international and have been impressed. Leverkusen's interest is strongest and they may send a member of their coaching staff to watch Boyd againstHearts at Ibrox on Saturday. The Bundesliga sides like Boyd's style of play and hope they can agree a fee with Rangers who have been hit hard financially by last week's shock European exit. They have made background checks on the 24-year-old - who started the 1-0 SPL win over Falkirk yesterday - and the feedback has been positive. Gers would like to keep Boyd and offload Jean-Claude Darcheville and Daniel Cousin but there are no takers for either striker now. And that leaves Boyd as the biggest asset for the club to sell as they try to recoup some of the lost Euro cash. The striker is happy at Ibrox but it's understood Boyd's camp is aware of the German interest and the player would be willing to move abroad. However, no bid has been made from either Bundesliga outfit yet - although that could change by the start of next week. Boyd has also been linked with Cardiff but will NOT be moving to the Championship. The Scotland star has told friends that move is a complete non-starter. But a switch down south could still be on the cards as Middlesbrough are keeping an eye on developments.
  14. don't think they would play him if he was being sold IMO..........
  15. He was the best midfielder and probably player 2 seasons ago, last season he was woeful and one of the worst if not thee worst IMO......
  16. I don't resent anyone voicing opinions at all that's what this is for right.

  18. Well you seem to be quite good at talking a good game m8, that's all I was thinking honest.....
  19. Well start putting your suggestions in motion then........
  20. BARRY FERGUSON'S ankle repair ligament surgery has been declared a complete success by his top London surgeon. But the bad news for under-pressure Rangers is that their captain won't be returning to first-team action until November. http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/display.var.2420974.0.0.php
  21. Exactly but we know he will be playing most weeks. _____________________Mcgregor__________________ Broadfoot______Carlos_________Bougherra_____Papac _________Whittaker______Hemdani_____Thomson_____ ___________________________________Lafferty______ _______________Boyd____________Velicka___________
  22. So if a new manager came in experimented with the players he had and we were 20 points behind teams by xmas then would he get slated or would you say o well at least he tried something different good on him. I know what you are saying if there is no change we will never know but it can go bad as well as good it's a big gamble. Last season was a success I would say yes as I have never seen us get to a european cup final before farless been at one or seen a season where we were going for 4 trophies before. To watch wise it wasn't nice but results wise it was very good indeed. We all want performance and results of course we do but it's not going to happen very often is it, not in the SPL IMO. I'm all for a manager playing younger players as long as they are good enough and had good experienced ones in the team as well as if they didn't do well who knows what might happen to them and what the fans will think of them. Rangers fans don't give players much time do they? You have your opinion fine but I don't agree with all of it as you don't mine.
  23. Well virtually the same players got us quite far last season, so what has happened to change that? We had to get midfielders in but haven't and that has cost us. I'm not defending Smith but IMO it would get much worse before it got better if he left now. This is not the right time IMO for him to leave giving the circumstances, the end of last season was but maybe, like you think it will, if it's as bad as PLGs reign he will go soon. It's only my opinion m8, I would've liked someone else in place at the start of the season with money to spend but it never happened.
  24. as i said i dont think it's the right time for our manager to leave, at the end of the season fine but not now we would be far worse off if he left now IMO unless we get someone who can really inspire the players.......
  25. you wouldn't be the only one m8
