How do IA's lawyers know how many ST's have been sold - especially to the point of using it as evidence in court???
-
agreed....I'm also fairly sure it was mentioned in the Business review summary. Has there been any outcome or progress from the Fraud Office???

so you're happy to possibly hound folk out of a job based on a gut feeling??? What happens if a new board comes in & doesn't turn things around in 6 weeks/6 months or what ever your preferred timescale???

Here's another point...... If money has been going into the pockets of certain shareholders.....what happens if a new board comes in??? The shareholders will still be the same, and they'll be the ones who ultimately appoint a new board. No-one has yet to provide any plans on how to orchestrate a change of shareholders..... DK's trust/fund/account ain't gonna have any influence on the majority of shareholders....

All I know is that I am in no position to provide any detailed, solid argument against certain facts. Folk are stating, as fact, that money is flowing into the pockets of certain shareholders, yet are unable to provide any detail as to how they know this to be fact. If there is no hard evidence it proves the argument as flawed. WRT CW, there was evidence from the start that he wasn't to be trusted, many chose to ignore this and claimed those providing the proof were just sh*t-stirring.

I believe the club have issued detailed audited accounts, which have been professionally verified, along with a brief summary of the spend. You obviously believe that these accounts etc are false, so prove it!!! I can only go by the information in front of me.....if there is no evidence to the contrary, I must accept that the info published by the club is true & accurate.

I don't believe that the quality of player is our biggest problem - its the manager!!! I firmly believe that you could put McCoist in charge of Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich etc and they would still play poorly. Change the manager (are their contracts not up for renewal this summer???), and I'm sure it will bring in more season tickets immediately.....depending on who is brought in as replacement, it could give sales another kick....

Obviously though, you can detail exactly how some of that cash ended up in the pockets of certain shareholders. The club have provided a breakdown summary of where the cash went, but obviously fans with no involvement with the running of the club know better.

Might just be my understanding of the info.... The 2nd column represents the price per share??? 3,365,000 shares @ £1 doesn't equate to £33,650.00 The total values in column 4 represents 33,415,200 shares @ £0.01......

From what has been posted from the FAQ....Ibrox 1872 ltd take no responsibility for you getting your current seat - they are saying you should get A seat, but take no responsibility for its location. The only way for a current ST holder to guarantee their current seat is to renew directly with the club. I have said before, the only way a ideal like this will work is in conjunction with the club. RFC will NOT grant security over Ibrox & MP, to a company that is owned & run by DK - if it was a fans organisation, then maybe....but not DK!!!

I'll be relieved....he is not the way forward. nothing more than a short term fix....

They do this all the time.....get a ridiculously high figure into the public domain, then accept something slightly less - they WILL get at least £6m for him. compare it to our valuation of Lee Wallace - £1.5m & he's away.....

We have Bell, who IMHO is a good keeper. We also have Gallagher, who didn't do anything wrong when played at the start of the season, and looks a good prospect Why do we need Craig Gordon??? He WAS a good keeper many years ago, but has other have pointed out, he hasn't played a competitive game for years. I really can't see him coming back to anywhere near his best, or even to a similar level to Bell. Completely waste of money.

According to the DR, the bonus is not linked to on field performance, but linked to financial/business performance. There doesn't appear to be any guarantee that he will even get the full amount.

If the taxi drive get him to the airport successfully......does he qualify for 100% bonus?
-
All the hoo ha over Wallace's £300k+ wages, yet not one comment about the £400k+ basic that McCoist Is on....what sort of bonus is he on??? Overall, the idea of ANYONE getting 100% bonus is ridiculous.....

Who, apart from Green actually paid 1p per share??? From my understanding all shares are referred to a "penny shares". My initial understanding was that the initial investors bought in @ £1 per share....they then received a "rebate" due to the IPO share price only being 70p. I can't find any records stating that initial investors only paid 1p - but I'll happily be proved wrong.

but don't existing shareholders get 1st option on the new shares, with the under-writer picking up anything that's left??? If that is the case, it might not leave too many for King.....certainly not enough for control.
-
What's the alternative??? How exactly does DK plan on getting hold of enough shares to gain control without buying them from existing investors???
-
I'm going to go with Alistair Murdoch McCoist MBE.....

I take it that you know for a fact (and can support with evidence) that money from the loan/credit facility has been drawn down then??? That being the case, could you please enlighten us EXACTLY how much??? For the record, I have no idea if any of the loan/credit has or has not been drawn down!!! Regardless of investment, the main problem is that the company is full of holes, which are leaking money. These leaked must be plugged before ANY sizeable investment is brought in, otherwise that too will disappear as quickly as the last lot. Without plugging these leaked, even DK's proposed £30-50m will not last all that long, and it certainly wouldn't benefit the team as much as is hoped. Mr Wallace's review has hopefully identified clearly where these leaks are, how best to tackle them. Once done, then bring in the investment.

But according to GS, they've had their time - share issue on Monday then???

I have never supported any board - I support the team!!! As I have stated before in other threads, I am trying to view things with a balanced viewpoint - more and more recently that has involved providing counter-argument to the anti-board side. The previous board were given a decent amount of time and certain members of that board clearly showed that they were not up to the job & had to go. The big problem IMHO, is that there are a lot of fans out there who are of the mentality of "Board = bad"....not matter what the board say or do it will not be enough or just plain wrong. If Mr Wallace was to release a statement claiming that today was Friday, there would be some who would still pick fault with it. As for the common denominator - Totally agree, but many folk don't realise that.
