  1. Aluko for me.....boca close 2nd.
  2. Still cannae make ma mind up between: A) He underestimated the size of the task, and couldn't cope or B) Administration/liquidation was ALWAYS his plan from day 1 I'm probably leaning to B..
  3. maybe this weeks was for indicative final bids....
  4. ...and I'm a Rangers fan you know!!!
  5. 1st deadline was for indicative bids....this weeks was for final bids!!!
  6. I certainly didn't see that in the figures....he paid off a debt of £18m by taking on a debt of £24+m. He also hasn't paid the small tax bill, which I believe he had agreed to do, then there is also the PAYE & NI debt as well. If that is reducing liabilities, then I'm in better financial shape than I thought.. How exactly do leaks coming from HMRC stop a company paying their PAYE & NI contributions??? Think that one needs some further explanation????
  7. I believe it could be agreed with HMRC to be included - think the Admins stated this a while back....
  8. At least Voluntary (as the name would suggest), is through choice rather than necessity!!! A fair point though.
  9. Thought this was highly significant:
  10. I find it funny that the media so far has only reported what WE owe everyone else....not what other folk owe US!!! Always sounds a lot worse when you only read 1/2 the balance sheet!!!
  11. That'll involve another loan fae Ticketus....
  12. I believe it has been stated before that it is not impossible to get a UEFA license while in Administration - just VERY difficult. No harm in applying though....
  13. I think the cogs are definitely in motion....whether its good or bad, we'll just need to wait & see!!!
  14. Has whyte not previous said that he WOULD sell to the BK's....but not too PM!!! Change of Leadership maybe??? He's quoted in the DR today saying the he & PM don't see eye to eye, but others within the consortium are good guys!!!
  15. Craig Whyte's free....AND has experience of all of the above!!!!
  16. Possibly.... D&P are chasing the remainder of the Ticketus money that was in the Collier Brystow account, but would they have any remit if the remainder was transferred from the holding account into the RFC Group Ltd account??? All very messy...
  17. I'm thinking that if the RFC group Ltd still has cash in the bank....does it rightfully belong to RFC Plc, and why is it in the RFC group account and not the clubs??? Could it be that CW is holding a stockpile of cash??? He has been adamant that all cash has been accounted for, he's just not specified where. A Though: CW stockpiles cash, puts the club into Administration thus reducing the debts through a CVA, then he miraculously finds £XXm to reinvest.
  18. It is The Rangers Football Club PLC that is in administration...see here
  19. This is my understanding: You have The Rangers FC Group Ltd (Directors: C Whyte/A Ellis). This is the company that was previously Wavetower, and the company that owns 92,842,388 ordinary shares in Rangers Football Club PLC. It is also the company that received the Ticketus money & paid the bank debt. Then you have Rangers Football Club PLC - this is the actual footballing part, and also the part that is in Administration. My question is....What is the financial situation of the Rangers FC Group Ltd???
  20. Does anyone know what the financial status is of the clubs parent/owner group??? I heard a while ages that while the club itself is in administration, the parent company is still solvent....I may be (& probably am) completely wrong with this, but its not an area I know much about....
  21. he's writing it in his own form of Haiku...
  22. I'd gladly give him £2....
  23. True....but I believe that the sports which have a more honest approach are ones where the participants don't earn a wage ie. Golfers earn their living mainly through prize money, as do snooker players. This then takes a different slant - Those that have to win in order to make money, tend to be the ones less likely to cheat to get there - don't know why this is the case.
  24. Easy answer....Money!!!
  25. Any bidders probably have not seen all the financial info....but enough detail in order for them to put together a bid. I would think a detailed summary would have been produced. Once declared as preferred bidder, they will then get access to everything.
