and.... The IPA are happy that their regulations were not breached by D&P. If we have seen communications between Grier/Clark/Whyte etc, i'm sure the IPA will have seen them as well. We, as fans, know what those in the "inner circle" want us to know - either via official means or by mysterious leaks. We got to see maybe 2 or 3 emails from a series of a dozen (for example). The media etc are fed enough details to make a story sound plausible & to satisfy their editors. We are/were not privvy to the daily workings and communications of those in the job, yet some feel that they can comment with 100% certainty on how that job/task is being carried out.

Are you saying then that the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) are not up to their job??? Or is it another branch to the conspiracy tree???

The decision regarding out membership of the SPL was due to the Newco being formed & the SPL share not being transferred, not because we were in administration. As it stands just now, Hearts are not in administration and its still not clear if their parent company are legally insolvent - they have requested to be listed as insolvent, don't know if its official yet. You then get the issue of whether Hearts FC are financially reliant on the parent company, or if the bank decides to call in its £15m debt. The 2 situations are VERY different. Remember, the only punishment we received from the SPL for going into administration was a 10-point deduction....nothing else.

According to the club site, Cammy Bell to be officially "unveiled" as a Rangers player later today. A good signing IMO....hopefully have a long & successful career with us!!!

I've been having a think about the MM video that has appeared over the past couple of days.... Does anyone know the context of the video???? Who was there, when was it, and why were they there??? We now know that Brian Stockbridge was present with MM, and possibly Ahmed. Therefore we have a good number of the RFC board that are out for a few drinks. During the course of the night, MM has a few brandy's too many & one of his "mates" videos him staggering about. How many people on here have done similar on a night out with pals??? There is currently a lot of mud slinging going on. IMO, on it's own, this video is completely harmless. Under different circumstances, it would probably be viewed as amusing. However, it would appear that people are adding this video in with other information and coming to the worst possible conclusions. Folk are starting to loose all perspective - this in part driven by the media, who are desperate for ANY story that can be presented in a scandalous & OTT manner. I am not a supporter of MM, and I am certainly not against him - I know nothing about him and the work that he is doing.....but is this video REALLY front page news, when you consider 90-odd folk were killed by a tornada in the US???

I don't think CG will be back. His work is done. Latterly, he may have planned to stay longer, but his initial plan was to be gone within 12 months. Whether he returns as a spectator/guest at any point will probably depend on the outcome of the current investigation.

True....so your saying that folk are more concerned with HOW the boardroom battle is being played, rather then who's participating or that its happening at all. If it was all going on behind the scenes there wouldn't be a problem??? Many fans were complaining previously that the Board didn't engage with fans enough - they were kept in the dark. Now they're complaining that everything is too public.... I do agree that a happy medium needs to be found.

I actually hope that the cash they get from playing us DOES directly keep them afloat!!! Yorkson was very vocal about punishing us last year....lets see if he's as vocal with his sincere thanks when the Rangers support visit, and boost their coffers enough to get them through another season.

That's the kind of attitude we want to see/hear......not a single mention about money or riches etc. They guy wants to be a Rangers player 1st & foremost.

So....upfront it looks like a choice of Jig, Little, Hemmings, Daly & possibly Nicky Clark - that's a lot of options when playing 1 up front!!! Then add in Shiels, Temps & McKay who can also play either up top, or just off the striker. I have nothing against Daly - he seems a decent enough player - but I believe there would have been better options out there.

I understand that the PAYE/NI contributions were deducted from the employees wages, but not passed to HMRC - the employees knew nothing about it and have zero responsibility.

Faure has looked pretty decent @ CB along with Hegarty.....however it would be nice to have someone with a bit more experience. Cribari just hasn't looked the part at all this season. I'm sure there are plenty of reliable CB available that could take the reigns.....

Would Mancini be suitable to get us out of Div2???? If he want's to step up to a bigger/better club, the phone number's on the website!!!

I've actually felt that the papers have been pretty quiet about us for nearly a week now.....IMO this story only strengthens the case that the leaks are being plugged & the scandal etc decreasing. This is a story about nothing - condemning leaks by using leaked information...top notch journalism. I get the impression that in order to get SOME kind of story into the papers, they will go with ANY hint of a story & embellish beyond all recognition in order to try & create scandal.

Sounds the complete opposite of what out head goalkeeping coach thinks......based on our previous keepers, I know who's opinion I'll go for....
