  1. Cara Sulieman ‏@carasulieman 1m Lord Tyre has retired to make his decision. Will return sometime after 3.30pm.
  2. does it no simply come down to notification periods that have to be given??? Also, if the current Board are voted off, then instantly call for an EGM does that not fly in the face of their reasons for refusing MCcollCo's EGM ie. needlessly wasting money???
  3. If the requisition is refused, who is able to stand for election against the current board??? Is it possible for someone in the room to propose A N Other on the spot??? If that isn't possible, and the current board don't get re-elected....where does that leave us??? If there are no replacements, do they keep their positions by default???
  4. Remember....MP isn't just about producing youth players. It is also where the 1st team train, and as such provides top notch facilities for them. I'm sure the cost of 1st team training out-weighs the youth costs....
  5. A thought struck me last night..... What if the details about Mathers meeting with King was announced at the time that The meeting was due to take place??? The media get the fans worked into a frenzy about King returning with pots of gold etc. Meanwhile, Mather is in SA making a 1/2 hearted attempt @ getting King back onto the board - which King knocks back without knowledge of what is going on in the media etc over here. Mather then returns home with the news that King will not be joining the board and won't be investing anything anytime soon. This then gives the fans the impression that once again they have been let down by a "Rangers man" with the means to help the club. Mather can then claim that he tried and King is left as the bad one.
  6. New Pitch Laid At MP WRITTEN BY ANDREW DICKSON http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/5251-new-pitch-laid-at-mp
  7. He won't fill Green's purse, but at the same time not a penny will got to Rangers. King has previously stated that he will only invest in RANGERS directly. Buying shares @ this moment won't do that - only line someone's pockets.
  8. That's the same bloke that threatened Kyle Hutton:
  9. Interestingly, I went to see the Morton v QoS game at the weekend & Morton were absolutely ranks rotten - obviously rested their "big" players for the ceptic game - and it worked a treat!!!
  10. not according to that LSE site - it's all selling entries!!!
  11. Incidentally, the original article is still on the BBC web site.... Reading the quote, it sounds like the BBC "acquired" the document via a 3rd party & then questioned Companies House about it. BBC: "Sevoc Scotland haven't listed shareholders in their annual return....." Companies house: "How do you know this???" BBC: "errmmmmmm.....that doesn't matter, what ya gonna do about it???" Companies House: "We'll have a look & if there's anything wrong, we'll contact the company in question." This obviously then indicates foul play and that Companies House are gonna unleash the Hounds of Hell on Sevco Scotland.....
  12. I had noticed a lot of selling going on the past few days....not a lot of buying though.
  13. The further 10% could be made up of Richard Hughes' 3.4% & CG's 7.7% (which may not have transferred yet)
  14. Does that mean that Sandy has 4.37%, and the other one has 9.63% - has this been 100% confirmed???
  15. Interesting.... There is "@official_gifts" text on the photo of 2 young lovelies in the shower room - that's the kind of "gift" that goes down well with anyone....
  16. stated in the paper today that The Mecano-Dome wouldn't be used coz it would be too expensive to "hire".... There was also talk of it being played @ Ibrox, however I don't think that would be fair on the opposition if we are in the final. The final venue should be somewhere neutral.

    Salim Kerkar

He was with the club for several years, yet failed to break into the 1st team. There were suggestions that the management team held onto him coz "they could see something in his play". Laterly, he eventually got a few games & showed up pretty well (from memory) & got himself a couple of goals but I'm unconvinced on the whole. I don't think he would really add anything to our team, when we have guys who can play on the left wing. I would prefer to see McKay & Aird used more in the wide positions. These are young guys who have shown potential last season, but haven't had a look in this term. These guys are every bit as good as Kerkar IMHO.
  18. While I think that Zaliuskas would be a decent signing, the fact of the matter is...we don't need him. At the moment, we have plenty of decent cover at the back. Come January if we are able to move a couple on, then we can bring in replacements. It may mean we miss out on this player, but there will be others available.
  19. Daly's general play so far has been very good....he just hasn't found the net as often as he (or us) would have liked. Jig on the other hand is finding the net, and should start in place of Daly.
  20. based on that thinking then....McCoist sees Faure as his No1. RB!!!!
  21. Faure received a lot of criticism last season when playing at RB, but has received praise when playing at CH (his proper position) The man is not a RB and should only play there in emergencies - not when your recently signed RB is sitting on the bench.
  22. McAusland has done very well recently. However, Ally shifted a CB (again who has been doing well), out to RB, and left a recognised RB sitting on the bench.....if he wanted Jig in defence, why not just drop Faure, and play Foster @ RB??? or why not play Foster & Faure in defence, and drop Daly to the bench.
  23. From the DR: from the BBC: So the fine for repeat offences actually goes down???? Given the number of charges that have been raised against us for "offensive" singing/chanting.....UEFA must be paying us now....
  24. I'm going for £250k fine & a 12 month ban on playing any players signed within the past 3 months - both specifically applied to the club & not company. Black will get punished by being forced to carry on playing for us, whilst also incurring a 5k euro fine, payable to UEFA on behalf of Ceptic.
  25. Sometimes the culture of the Club has to change to accommodate new personnel - this is what allows organisations to evolve & develop
