Like i have said previously we seem to have lost everything we were good at. The midfield 3 don't look anywhere as good together as Halliday, holt and Ball did last year. We need to figure out our best 11 and stick with it now. No chopping and changing, just get a run together with the same 11 and get points on the board. Plenty to play for and plenty to optimistic about no doubt, this is still part of the journey. Maybe it will be a wake up call for the board to try and back the manager more. There is a team in there we just need to find it.

Senderos ffs, we really do miss holt, our midfield 3 have retained the ball as well this season. Windass does look like a good signing and also looking forward to seeing crooks, if i remember reading right he was talked about more highly last season down south.

Yeah need to tighten up in midfield and halliday will provide that if he comes on. would also consider waghorn not before too long personally.

mckay needs to play left, him and wallace are key and have provided us so much joy down that side. you can see there is not the same impact when mckay switches to the right. They work so well together, not sure i would play crooks at centre back against celtic that early on. Senderos though I would if he ever signs.

Back in the real world it is almost as if the last 4 years never happened. Reality check is required i think and expectations tailored to something more realistic. Just because we're back in the top flight does not mean the rebuilding job is anywhere near completed. Personally if we win this league this year it will be an incredible feat.

agree with this but i also think windass would be doing to the same if fit. something just doesn't feel right about the lineup just now. fluidity of last year is still to come, 7 points of out 9 ain't a bad start though.

Sendoros would be miles better than what we have tbh. Not sure what hill has done wrong so far to be honest. He was never going to be first choice imo and had only played a handful of matches.

Sendoros is a good bit younger. Might be worth a punt now.
