No I'm not suggesting that but it's very clear you have very unrealistic expectations as to what Rangers should be doing when it comes to spending cash. It is almost as if you're expecting another David Murray when he first took over.

Really? So he has already tied down McGregor, Davis, Papac and Whittaker on contracts which we would not have been able to do if the club never changed hands. He has spend �£1.5 Million on Wallace, 800k on Goian, 500k ish on Ortiz and we are still looking at bringing in 3-4 more players before the end of the month. Yeah you're right he has spent no money at all

That is very true I suppose but we also had guaranteed champions league income last season due to the added benefit of going straight into the group stages, this is something we don't have as it stands.

Well to be fair Hemed wanted to play in a different league, Danns was swayed by money, Miller we didn't want to pay over what we received for him so we can't really grumble at any of those deals. Cuellar deal is still on going without any sort of resolution in site. The rest of the deals are simple, we have failed to match the valuation of the club selling the player. So we have not really missed out on them because the simple fact of the matter is we do not want to pay these clubs the fees they're looking for so we move on. We have tied up Ortiz, Wallace and Goian and have Bedoya on a pre-contract so it is not all been a failure. We still have a full month to go and I am sure we will see more players come in, as frustrating as it has been the last thing we can afford to do is completely blow our budget. Hopefully with boogie leaving for the reported �£3 million pounds we should start to see some more movement soon.

Really? What a fickle bunch us Rangers supports must be. Here was me thinking the most depressing transfer windows were when we couldn't sign any players for 18 months and our best players were being sold off. Yes it is slow but as most people have said there will be other players. I'm just happy we aren't selling players and I'm sure the new players will come in. Just needs Patience.

That's actually a really good idea, still feel we need a striker though. Dread to think where we will be with Jelavic injured, luckily last year we had Miller and Jelavic just came back in time to aid his exit.

Houston saying this morning that Goodwillie has told he he would rather go to england than Glasgow. He also mentioned he thinks it would be better for the lad if he moved to england rather than Glasgow. God knows what is true.

I would just hold off then, no point spending needless cash on someone we can get for nothing in January. Put the cash towards Davidson/Goodwillie deals.
