Naismith confirmed as out for 8-9 months
Craigy1881 replied to Rangers Football Club's topic in Rangers Chat
Completely agree with this, I think hemmings is due back next month but he seems to be the only cover we have for those two. I refuse to include Healy in this. -
Naismith confirmed as out for 8-9 months
Craigy1881 replied to Rangers Football Club's topic in Rangers Chat
Well there is certainly an opportunity for somebody to set up and stake a claim in the team. Going to miss Naismith in the team, such a joy to watch -
I don't watch/listen to the BBC anyway apart from F1 and I am not missing that this weekend

Rangers fan MacMillan says Whyte claims 'disturbing'
Craigy1881 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
What confuses me is that the TV show spent the 30 mins highlighting Whyte's downfalls in the past and how Rangers are doomed. Eh HELLO, David Murray walking in a white knight and hero only to lead the club into the gutter. What people have done in the past is in the past it is all about how he deals with this wonderful club going forward. So far I have no issues with how he is going about his business.- 22 replies

I know we have lost late goals but really have you looked at the league table?. How many late goals have we conceded in the league? I think you'll find that was the first one. We have 9 wins out of 11 and the other two have been draws. We are undefeated and only conceded 4 goals in 11. Yesterday was a blip it is going to happen now and then but let's not blow it out of proportion, we have had a great start and should be enjoying it.

Celtic close in on swoop for Scotland star James McFadden
Craigy1881 replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
I have no problem with McFadden signing for Celtic, never rated him to be honest and in the last few years he has been terrible. Celtic fans must be concerned about this stat -
his goal here against celtic at ibrox from 7:45 in. Counter attacking at it's best

STV reporting the deal is dead as well now.

I have a feeling we're going to win this league by a canter. I genuinely think that Celtic team will struggle after european matches and the pressure we will hopefully put them under if we play on a saturday and win. They are not used to playing in europe and I see that benefiting us greatly.

No Bedoya or McKay even on the bench

this was tweeted last night from the BBC's Scotland business and economy editor

I hate that tangoed baw sack.

Everything he is saying makes sense, we know he has a giant mess to sort out from the previous owners and to be fair I think it will be a few years yet before we can really judge Craig Whyte. The positive notes are that he genuinely seems to want the club to be run in a correct manner which seems obvious that it was not previously. We just need to take it a week at a time and see where we are after the tax case, but I feel far more assured with Whyte at the helm than I would be if we were approaching the tax case with the old regime in play.

Na never heard of him Sounds like our sort of player then. I'm all for giving anybody a chance that could play that left wing role.
-
Matias Abelelairas is the player on trial just now and plays left mid for River Plate apparently.
-
mols was tremendous that last goal was so sexy
-
I think this is exactly what these two players need. Hutton's chances will be great diminished just now and we will reap the benefits of him playing regular football, same goes for Fleck. It did the likes of McGregor/Adam no harm in getting firth team football and it's something we need to do more of. Looks like the sun were right then
-
SSN saying Fleck & Hutton on loan to Sheff Utd as well but just needing confirmed
-
So lads, Gioan, Ortiz, Wallace, Bartley, Bocanegra, Bedoya, McKay in and Boogie and Little out, are you happy with that minus the fact we failed to secure a striker?

Rangers reject £6.5 million offer for Jelavic
Craigy1881 replied to 26th of foot's topic in Rangers Chat
Just imagine if the bank still had their claws in the club he would have been gone for £6 Million. Good on Whyte holding strong on this one.
