i just realised the 3rd division starts 6 weeks saturday and we still have no where to play. this is depressing the shit out of me now.

maybe not the 3rd division but if you read what the partick thistle fans said tonight they will boycott their own club if they vote them into sfl1

we can't apply to division 3 just now though, there is not a space to apply for

apparently if we don't get voted into the spl they can't relegate us to sfl1. For us to get voted into the sfl we need 23 clubs to vote in our favour. That was from jim spence i think on twitter. Could be wrong though.

So pretty much an idle threat due to these clubs losing money either way, makes no difference. Bunch of fannies I tell you that think this stuff up.

At McGregors age I think it is unrealistic to expect him to do that when we don't have european football for 3 years. He is not getting any younger and deserves to move on i personally believe.

McGregor will leave anyway no way we could afford a goalie of his quality in SFL1, I do hope though he transfers over so we can sell him for some money unlike the others.

He said that the uncertainty around what division the club were going to be playing in means he needs to move on, he wants to play at the highest level and even if rangers were in the SPL there would still be no european football. He has been advised to reject the transfer to sevco and is now a free agent.

Like i said previously i can understand them wanting to leave but why do it in a manner where the club could get nothing. How do they expect us to replace them with potentially no return from them

Yeah they probably will but at least the board are laying it out of their fans either way in black and white, pretty much telling them to get their wallets out it will be required. Somehow I doubt they'll do that. Unfortunately living in Motherwell I have family members (Married into btw ) who plan to attend this "protest" they have arranged against the newco on the 30th. Really have to bite my tongue hard.

Well I have to say I am disappointed in this. I hope for his sake his career doesn't disappear like Danny Wilson's. Thought he could have ran our midfield for years. Unfortunately I think in 5-7 years time after failing in England he will be playing for Dundee united or someone like that. Too early for him to move.
