The other things is i dont understand why Le Guen wont look at certain type players - is it coz he is stubborn and wants his own type? Pressley was drilled into him and he didnt budge and i honestly think we would have got him. I dont see why there wouldnt be a chance of the likes of Smith and Fowler. Both are Rangers fans. Both want regular football. It would benefit Man U to put him to us to get fit rather than a title rival. Wages wouldnt be a problem.

Well i hope he means this statement is isnt just covering up to please the fans. What i really think Le Guen needs to do is show more urgency along with discipline i.e. have a wee rant and rave and get a reaction from the players. I get the impression he is happy to put the team out with a game plan and hope it comes off! But thats not working.

Yeah its a good post Mike, What is baffling me most is there has been no change since last season. Even with a few new signings and double training sessions we still cant get the basics right. I wonder how much authority Le Guen has. I wonder the same about Ferguson as there seems to be a lot of niggles in there, but you would have to be a fly on the dressing room wall to find out what is going on. But the buck stops with Murray, surely he has to see whats going on and sort it out.

Thing is with Buffel he thinks a football match is 20 mins each way. Id like to see a 3-5-2 with Buffel playing in a free role.

I agree Del, he needs a run first. But in reality we took 3 players off Austria Vienna and they are hardly CL contenders. Thats the level we are at just now.

I actually think its a great article with some spot on points. But I also think Le Guen has more to offer Rangers if he can get a bit more support.

Webster isnt my first choice but id take him. Id still rather a Pressley type defender but he looks like he is going to Charlton or Celtic.

Bardsley is going to Sunderland for the rest of the season. Not really a miss for us. He was ok but nothing spectacular. Hutton still has potential and played well against Celtic recently but id rather see a new signing at RB TBH unless he plays like that every week

I think Sebo has had a bit of a rough ride so far. He has came into a poor side and isnt getting much of a chance. I think as soon as he hits the net once or twice he could spring into a different player.

You could say Liverno was a half decent side as they are doing ok in italy but serie A is a bit of a poor league this year with Milan and Juve dissapearing.

We've got a chance as we seem to play better in europe and we dont have a bad draw. But we havent came up against a really good side yet.

He would be a scoop but cant see it. Id like to see Alan Smith on loan though.

Yeah Les reed had an impressive CV but nothing to do with football management. He looked out of place at charlton and im glad he is gone. All the best to Pardew, he is a likeable chap and did well with the Hammers. I just hope he doesnt come back and haunt us and put us down. But hopefully both West Ham and Charlton ge out the relegation zone and Sheff Utd and Boro join Watford down.

I cant remember if it was last year or the year before, but GersNet went down for well over a month. That was a nightmare. I had to sit in a dark room for the hole time!!
