  1. Whats the purpose though? The horse obviously had a price so why cant you find out. Anyway ended up sticking on a 50 quid double on Milton Keynes and Darlington and they both won 4-0. Shite odds but got back a little more than double my cash.
  2. Had to laugh at McFadden and McCulluch cracking up at the 'C'MON; during the anthem
  3. Quality stadium. Only holds 8000 at the moment but looks like it has potential for a lot more. http://www.mkdons.premiumtv.co.uk/page/stadiummk/0,,10420,00.html Im sure Calscot and Wija know a bit more
  4. Just called up Ladbrokes to have a bet on a horse called Blue Heaven but the said there wasnt a price it was SP (Starting Price) - Ive never heard that before so didnt put a bet on not knowing the odds. Whats the bets it wins - pardon the pun
  5. Then again he does want his "fringe" players out on loan to get more action. Fletcher is more of a fringe player at man u. If it was Giggs or Rooney coming back from injury you can bet he wouldnt let them near the international squad
  6. Sir Awex wont be happy with that. Its a bit of a risk but as you say id rather his presence than Teale. Id rather Severin, Fletcher (Hibs) or Kevin Thomson got called up than playing Teale etc.
  7. Not really. I totally wasnt directing anything towards you. I was more getting at those ex pro's like Alan Hansen who seems ashamed at times to admit he is Scottish. His article last week was a joke (which I forgot to post) as he was referring Scotland to "They" rather than "we/us". Andy Gray had an article and totally referred to Scotland as We/Us.

Hoi, you get off your backside and start delivering our mail
  9. We're pretty light weight in midfield now are we! So that leaves Dailly, Teale and Robson to come in!! Fuck me that doesnt sound good. Im not confident with any of them. Id move Mcfadded to LM and start with O Connor or Maloney
  10. So whats the thought on that team folks? You could also through McCulloch in there for hemdani or Gow. IMO that team would kick SPL ass
  11. Germany are the first team to qualify from the groups and the Czechs will join them from that group with a draw on Wednesday knocking Rep of Celtic out. So far: Germany Austria Switzerland Im sure we could have all of them
  12. Cant believe in never back that 12/5 shot. I went for Scotland, Leeds, Forest, Hungry, Turkey and Croatia - 4 out of 6. Im going to have to start doing those trixie bets and doubles from 4 or whatever they are called.

There's an Old Firm Derby on Saturday
  14. NOW we can think about this game. We got our 3 points from Ukraine. Now this really is a cup semi final. If we can go there and win then I believe we will be on our way to Osstria and Sweetzerland. The confidence in the team is huge right now and if the same XI start in Tbilisi then we have enough talent to get through. Only Scott Brown is a doubt with a hammy injury. Hopefully he makes it but then is out of the OF next week He is an arrogant shite but some player. CMON the SCOTS. Id like to see what those who dont really supprt the national side are saying right now and if all of a sudden there is an interest. I hope Russia stuff England on Wed aswell
  15. Yeah until he took Dailly on But im the same, and im glad he went for it today. He got the selection absolutely spot on. Andy Watsons still a wank and out of his depth tho :fish:
  16. Aye but im saying that thinking we will get something from Italy. Had a great bounce when scotland scored last night
  17. Ands its crazy we have beaten france twice plus 6 others wins yet we still arent there!!!!! If we win in Tbilisi then we are there!!!!!!!!!
  18. Fuckin awesome today!! Eck got it spot on and he went for Gribz XI from the front page and they did the biz. We were brilliant at times but seemed to fall apart for there goal, but we should have had 2 stone wall pens - hutton and mcfadden were both hacked. We are on our way
  19. Or 12/5 Scotland half time full time
  20. Holy shit thats a while back. But I cant see why people dont want to go, its a great day out if nothing else. Especially for those who travel down on a train with a carry out early doors. It used to be a good chance for me and sheep supporting mates to have a day out at the footy but the only time we went was a 2-2 draw with Belgium about 5 years ago. They were all too tight to go to other games. I can see a Gersnet Scotland day out in the future
  21. I hope im wrong but i cant see much goals here. Both sides are good defensively. If Ukraine come and attack then it may open up and if thats the case I hope we have 4-4-2 with pacey players upfront. Id say 1-0 Scotland but happily take 4-2. Thank fook its on SKY BTW coz il get it tonight now, if its BBC i dont even get radio coverage. So Pizza and few beers around 7pm all set for a 10pm kick off - cant wait. Its good to be back enjoying internation footy again, Ive always been up for Scotland games but none of my mates used to want to go to games. The thought of international footy weekend isnt great until it comes round and the Scots are playing. Had i been there id have taken Jufferys ticket in a flash. C'MON the SCOTS
  22. Im glad I dont know anything about backing horses or id we punting everyday. I remember one bank holiday a few years ago i sat and watched "At the races" and had one bet which won so it led to another which lost and another which lost......
  23. Yeah if they dont win then they cant qualify. But this could also go against us in their last game against France. We need them to play as best as possible against France but at the same time we have to end their qualification hopes tomorrow with a win.
  24. Yeah I should have added Hutton would provide more width on the right. When Smith eventually gets fit he will do the same left side.
