  1. And then to sell the fucker for 16 million to benefit the team!!! - The man has hindsight in his brain!
  2. A legend in Portsmouth
  3. Wenger Wenger Wenger all the way. The man is a genius. Id have him ahead of Sir Awex
  4. And its pronounced Koventry not Cuvventry

    Tearjerker

Ive had a few shandies today but Gazza was simply the best. Laudrup is on par with him but you gotta adore Gazza Its been posted before - but he is out of this world http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0iRCc6zhaAg&mode=related&search= After Maradona he is the best natural player EVER and im glad i saw him many a time. EDIT: AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPdRCouu49c&mode=related&search= A MUST WATCH http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYznwDXjBSY&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gkl8hG8dMSo&mode=related&search= What was Hoddle THINKING leaving him out of WC98 - biggest boob ever!!!

    Strongest XI

Fuck NO!!! Thats why you know nothing about footy mate
  7. Im alcohol fuelled but we should fuckin Gub Motherwell. Hemdani and Buffel loyal
  8. You should do 7 mate. Last season I did 7 home a few times and came up trumps winning over 500 quid for a tenner. Get rid of Cardiff and Palace there and replace with Leeds and Forest
  9. Fraser supports Cuvventry - it pisses me off when I hear Rob McLean pronouce it like that

    Strongest XI

You have a shout to put Novo in instead of Tam Buff but Hemdani HAS to be in ahead of Thomson IMO. But the rest  Its safe to say we have the bases of 8 or 9 who are there
  11. Ive just been having an early look aswell mate seen as you get decent prices on a Thursday. West Ham v Arsenal is a bumper game and the Hammers have won the last 4 so Ive got to go with them again. Im a Hammer but I like the Goons and have them on to win the league so this will be great to watch and i cant wait for 10pm sat night. And at 3/1 I cant say no. Early 4-fold: West Ham 3/1 Man City v Newcastle Draw 11/5 Rangers away to Motherwell 1/2 Man U away to Birmingham 1/2 Tenner returns 288
  12. Now that we have seen the team including new signings for almost 10 games I wonder what everyone thinks our best team is bar WS success so far. Ive been impressed by Cuellar, McCulloch (i wanted him for ages) and Darcheville out of the summer signings and Cousin and Naismith will come good. I havent been impressed with Whittaker or Thomson. Im not saying they have been poor but they havent stood out as 2 million pound signings when Sebo didnt get a chance like they have. I personally would still like to see Buffel in the team but playing him is tricky due to numbers in the midfield. Id say our strongers XI would be these players but getting themin the same team is difficult due to Buffels free role and the team would lack width. ______________McGregor______________ Hutton_____Weir_______Cuellar____Smith __________Hemdani___Ferguson________ ___Buffel____________________McCulloch __________Cousin____Darcheville_______
  13. You mean Sebo appreances?? My point precisely R.E Sebo. Im actually glad you posted that! Dont worry about drunken points, there hasnt been enough of them around lately. Thats why im drinking now and it will be my turn tonight
  14. I still think he is a slow poor "footballer" but he gets goals left right and centre. He is ideal for most Domestic games as the other players around him will do enough to give him chances but when it comes to the big games he should be on the bench. Looking at his goal count, id be interested to see the pattern. He normally gets a couple in a game then doesnt score for few weeks then a couple again. If he was getting them in every game I think his doubters would have no argument. But its the shocking games were he does nothing until he is subbed that raises all the questions on him.

    Latest Rants

Great song!! Ive been singing this tune a lot lately with West Hams words of 1 man couldnt carry, couldnt carry Lampard, 1 man and his fork lift truck couldnt carry Lampard........ Now Ive got a Gers version for the Sheep
  16. Could have named this "Gambling Anonymus" or "Bookies Donations" but we'll stick to the betting thread. Stick your punts and tips here on any Sport, but its mostly going to be the Footy. Over the season we'll be able to see how much losses we have all made that could have went into buying better Mothers day presents or the likes. For once I think we will have a thread that blows Jonc and Wija's Totty thread away. Happy Gambling Folks
  17. Good shout mate, or we'll just kick off a fresh one for this weekend where it will continue. Did i not say Coventry!!!! I should have put a single on it or a double with my 4-0 Rangers prediction. Villa was a coupon buster last night, but Bolton screwing you on that coupon was seriously unlucky mate.
  18. Thought there might be a possible upset on the cards here the same as at Man U.
  19. That was me who made you aware to that was it?? I'll still be expecting commission when he finished top score But he has had a few little chances where he could have got another goal or 2. But nobody in the league has bust away with a bag full of goals yet although Adebeyor (sp) at Arsenal could easy.
  20. Im peed off with Benitez and his squad rotation coz Ive got Torres on at 16/1 to finish top scorer in the league. He could have had double the amount of goals if he was a bit more lucky plus playing. As Gav says, ive been impressed with his all round game.
  21. Its not an impossible coupon but tough to get all 8. EDIT: Ive looked at the coupon. I might have a wild punt at this: Hull to beat Chelsea 5/1 (Chelsea in a spot of bother and will rest big players) Sheff Wed to beat Everton 7/2 (Wed are big team on there day - poss upset) Dundee to be Celtic 7/1 (The unwashed are on a losing streak) Coventry to beat Man U 8/1 (Man U will field a reserve team) Tenner returns a cool 19440.
  22. Arsenal were a banker home win last night. They are a different team this season (hence why I backed them at the start of the season for the league) and moving Henry out has made them forfill their potential. Fabregas hit the nail on the head the other day, he said Henry is a wonderful player but he was restricting the team due to his demands on and off the park. They had to play to his way - and he is right, Henry is a moaning ass at times despite being world class. West Brom was a coupon buster. I dont think id have touched Killie with Hamilton flying at the top of Div1. I'll maybe have a wee fiver punt tonight once ive looked at the coupon.
  23. Why would you want to brag about getting a load of players from an average team, whereas Hibs fans could claim Celtic success is partly down to Hibs youth system and if the only reason they take the players is size and money. Beyond ridiculous for the celtic fans to hold that. Id be embarrassed if Rangers fans did the same to Hearts or Dundee or the likes.
  24. This thread has turned out reasonable, I fully agree with the last 6 or 7 posts
  25. Crikey, I forgot to add Smith to the thread "those not playing" yesterday.
