Thats the purpose of a debate though. McCulloch has slowed up recently despite a cracking game for Scotland on sat. I was one up for signing him since January and think he started the season well on the right but he hasnt been as good of late on the left. He wont play every game. And I wasnt suggesting my team should start, just played / tried on a game like Falkirk at home when McCulloch and Co get a rest. Edit: It was also in reply to Ascenders original point as to where Smith would play them if they get a chance as we didnt think Buffel would get a game in the same team as Ferguson, Hemdani and Thomson

I'll need t olook out for that more often, ive never saw it in the footy. My double had to be a banker, both MK Dons and Darlington are high up the league and at home to sides near the bottom so raised my stake. I reckon thats the way im going to start betting now. Odds were 1/2 and 8/13 but works out at around 6/5 for a double.

I think this post may have been missed earlier as I posted one straight after it. I was direction things towards Alan Hansen rather than anyone on here. Anyway my team for Wed would pretty much be same as Juff's except i may try and get Maloney in for Pearson somehow.
-
Fletcher is hit or miss whether he will play or not. I think Eck should have called up a fully fit midfielder aswell incase Fletcher doenst make it or gets injured while playing. Its a bit of a blow having the first OF derby after such a big international double header and now we have lost Brown and Hutton. IMO Scotland need them as much as the OF but i can see both playing on Saturday. Wednesday will be tough

Whats the purpose though? The horse obviously had a price so why cant you find out. Anyway ended up sticking on a 50 quid double on Milton Keynes and Darlington and they both won 4-0. Shite odds but got back a little more than double my cash.

Had to laugh at McFadden and McCulluch cracking up at the 'C'MON; during the anthem

Quality stadium. Only holds 8000 at the moment but looks like it has potential for a lot more. http://www.mkdons.premiumtv.co.uk/page/stadiummk/0,,10420,00.html Im sure Calscot and Wija know a bit more

Just called up Ladbrokes to have a bet on a horse called Blue Heaven but the said there wasnt a price it was SP (Starting Price) - Ive never heard that before so didnt put a bet on not knowing the odds. Whats the bets it wins - pardon the pun
-
Then again he does want his "fringe" players out on loan to get more action. Fletcher is more of a fringe player at man u. If it was Giggs or Rooney coming back from injury you can bet he wouldnt let them near the international squad

Sir Awex wont be happy with that. Its a bit of a risk but as you say id rather his presence than Teale. Id rather Severin, Fletcher (Hibs) or Kevin Thomson got called up than playing Teale etc.
-
Not really. I totally wasnt directing anything towards you. I was more getting at those ex pro's like Alan Hansen who seems ashamed at times to admit he is Scottish. His article last week was a joke (which I forgot to post) as he was referring Scotland to "They" rather than "we/us". Andy Gray had an article and totally referred to Scotland as We/Us.

Hoi, you get off your backside and start delivering our mail

Interesting fact about Scotland's point total so far....

Long ago mate -
We're pretty light weight in midfield now are we! So that leaves Dailly, Teale and Robson to come in!! Fuck me that doesnt sound good. Im not confident with any of them. Id move Mcfadded to LM and start with O Connor or Maloney
-
So whats the thought on that team folks? You could also through McCulloch in there for hemdani or Gow. IMO that team would kick SPL ass
-
Germany are the first team to qualify from the groups and the Czechs will join them from that group with a draw on Wednesday knocking Rep of Celtic out. So far: Germany Austria Switzerland Im sure we could have all of them
-
Cant believe in never back that 12/5 shot. I went for Scotland, Leeds, Forest, Hungry, Turkey and Croatia - 4 out of 6. Im going to have to start doing those trixie bets and doubles from 4 or whatever they are called.

There's an Old Firm Derby on Saturday
-
NOW we can think about this game. We got our 3 points from Ukraine. Now this really is a cup semi final. If we can go there and win then I believe we will be on our way to Osstria and Sweetzerland. The confidence in the team is huge right now and if the same XI start in Tbilisi then we have enough talent to get through. Only Scott Brown is a doubt with a hammy injury. Hopefully he makes it but then is out of the OF next week He is an arrogant shite but some player. CMON the SCOTS. Id like to see what those who dont really supprt the national side are saying right now and if all of a sudden there is an interest. I hope Russia stuff England on Wed aswell

Yeah until he took Dailly on But im the same, and im glad he went for it today. He got the selection absolutely spot on. Andy Watsons still a wank and out of his depth tho :fish:

Ands its crazy we have beaten france twice plus 6 others wins yet we still arent there!!!!! If we win in Tbilisi then we are there!!!!!!!!! -
Fuckin awesome today!! Eck got it spot on and he went for Gribz XI from the front page and they did the biz. We were brilliant at times but seemed to fall apart for there goal, but we should have had 2 stone wall pens - hutton and mcfadden were both hacked. We are on our way

Or 12/5 Scotland half time full time
-
Holy shit thats a while back. But I cant see why people dont want to go, its a great day out if nothing else. Especially for those who travel down on a train with a carry out early doors. It used to be a good chance for me and sheep supporting mates to have a day out at the footy but the only time we went was a 2-2 draw with Belgium about 5 years ago. They were all too tight to go to other games. I can see a Gersnet Scotland day out in the future
