Well I suppose McLeish played a part in that aswell by never playing him. I dont think Klos's attitude has anything to do with his keeping abilities. I can see why he was peed off at being left out for so long - he was awesome for 7 years then gets a unlucky injury in training and once fit he didnt get back in the side bar 1 game where he was obviously rusty. There is an arguement for him to knucle down in play reserve games later after his injury but he should still have been picked ahead of Wattereus. Its like picking Kevin Davies upfront ahead of Thierry Henry.

I was one who wanted him earlier and said the price tag is worth it. He always impressed me with Wigan and Scotland in the last 2 years. His physical pressance is proving a lot of worth at the moment. Keep it up Lee

This is the thing. He does get credit for yesterdays performance and im the first to say he was superb but as Pete says above he gets credit for yesterday but nothing gets said for his 4 poor games before it. 1 good game and 4 bad doesnt make everything ok. He was a bit of a cock yesterday during the kick off when he was telling Cousin to "Come here come here" only those on telly would have saw that - thats once again him shouting at teams mates for not doing what he wants.

Id say thats the best Ive seen Ferguson since Porto in 2005 - when that night i thought he was fantastic. I was going to start my own thread on him if there wasnt one to comment on his display. But yesterday he was awesome and id even say it would be too much to expect that level of performance every week. But he needs to get near it on a more consistant level week in week out. He produced absolutely everything you want in a midfielder - skill, vision, passing, strength, dication, goal...... Same again on Tuesday against The Barca!

Thought id start a new one as the last one is getting messy and long. Fresh start for this weekend. Early kick off Im going for a Rangers 11/8 and Everton 11/5 double but may switch to a draw in the merseyside derby. 3pm K/o's are a bit more tricky, nobody really standing out with a good price. Its 4 homes in the EPL (Arsenal, Blackburn, Fulham, Man City) and probably Chelsea away to Boro. Wigan v Pompey is a lottery. Motherwell v Hibs could be a cracker and worth a winner.

Yeah the 6 million price tag doesnt do him any favours but IMO he the right player at the wrong time. He wasnt near Numans quality but to think how many LB's we went through over the years after that!! If Ball never got his injury im sure he would have been better.
