Will be announced soon. I find this sacking a disgrace. He has lost his job as a result of over achieving. Derby were going nowhere and down around the bottom half of the Championship until Davoes came along and brought them up straight away - probably a year too soon. But he had an average team and to stay up he needed backed by the board and a hole overhaul of the team which isnt possible. What do would the board rather want - a season in the Premier league to make money and gain experience or to still be in the Championship playing Hull and Blackpool? They could have this year to gain experience then come back stronger next year. Even Sir Awex and Wenger would do a good job to keep Derby up now so Ive no idea who will come in and attempt to save them. Im nor a Davies fan or dislike him but I cant see where this has come from at all.

Yip McGregor for me. His 2 saves was fantastic. The one he tipped over the bar would have gone past many a keeper and he showed how alret he was from Huttons header. He is this seasons most improved player. I wasnt happy with going with him as our No.1 but he has came on leaps and bounds. -
Before the draw everyone was saying we should go on and get to the WC now. But this system where the 2nd team only gets a play off is a total buggar for us and could see us lose out yet again. I think the top 2 from each group should always just go through.

I think it could have been a lot easier. Iceland are probably the best out of the last seeds and Macedonia are a Georgia type team. But Im looking round the groups and cant see a tough group due to there being more groups this time round.

Interesting comments from George Galloway about Reid just now on his talk radio show. Saying a few things, but mainly that Reid used to teach people the IRA handbook of songs in his earlier days as a Irish Republican. -
Thats you fooked now. I found that aswell and had about 6 wins until I came on here and said I dont tell people it now coz i was winning. Since then i havent had a win. Im raging about Man U - cost me 250 quid!!

Yip, that line is sitting ok going into the 2nd half. Also got a six-fold accum but Man U are on it and losing at half time. Bar them its looking good.

Agreed. I see the rivalry like Scotland and England. I dont hate the English, but i like to see them getting beat. I also dont hate celtic. Hate, as you say, is a strong word which is over used at times. Now there are plenty things i do dislike about celtic, one of them being there bizarre comments this week about IRA chants, and another is lower class fans chanting ignorant songs but I rise above that and there are plenty other things to dislike about them. I do enjoy seeing them getting beat but i dont go out my way to hate something that is directly linked to celtic for no reason.

Is he Darren Fletchers brother? He's as good as him if not better at the moment. He'd be nothing more than a squad player again for us. We should have taken him rather than Whittaker.

Have to say i see where Tully is coming from, Broadfoot was bought for back up and Ive never seen enough to suggest he can go on and become a great centre half. But if he left in January I would hardly be getting the tissues out as long as bought another better defender. He totally cant be compared with Hutton. Hutton had talent before his leg break and the ibrox crowd were split on him with many saying he has potential. Mo Ross was poor but Hutton offered much more than him. Gow has baffled me. He did do things in games with Falkirk to suggest he could go on to better things in a better side but he hasnt had a chance. There must be something that hasnt surfaced in this story.

Thomson has been average for me. Like others I was expecting a lot more. He plays well in certain games but has shockers in others. He is a fine player to have in the squad but Hemdani should be country miles ahead of him.

Yip without doubt! Ive got them all plus the NTL one after it. I stopped buying for a few years until 04/05 (I think) because im against having a kit for only 1 season. Up until 2001/02 we had a kit for at least 2 season. Frankie, any chance of getting the away and 3rd tops? Great post.

And right enough, its set for a return! But in Feb / March With the conclusion being played in the summer. Thats baffling for me. The point is to having a tournament in the summer when there is no football not in March when players will be possibly going for the medals at clubs. Once again people mess up a simple thing. Plus England have 2 weeks to decide if they want in.
