    So we've got a Buffel fan who isnt a sebo fan - interesting mate!!! Johnny, You cant assume Buffel will give past right wing performances if played regularly in the centre mate. He must be given a chance

    Ok mate, i do take your point of view on buffel that he didnt do it consistantly. But tell me how you dont think he cant go on and do it again on a consistant level a) if played in right position b) under better management backing him c) being more mature (remember only 25) and wanting to improve d) showing the right effort in training and friendlies

    Great to read Im not on my own RE Buffel. I was starting to doubt my judgement saying Buffel and Sebo should be in te team but the current performances (not results) have showed why there is a great shout for them to be involved. Seeeeebo Seeeeeebo!!!

    I think there is a conspiracy here. Celtic are due in Spain next and this is thing to calm spanish police for them. Spanish coppers are bastards though. On our first blokes holiday in 1997 there were 7 of us and we met 6 lads from a small village near aberdeen. Us toonzers were the more rowdy and we sneaked into a posh hotel one night coz we fancied a swim and wanted to impress some ladies by saying it was our hotel. The next day the cops heard it was a group of scottish blokes so gave the innocent country lads a kick-in the next morning while they were walking down for breakfast. :devil:

    Strange about Boyd - I thought he did ok playing the deeper role against Kilmarnock on sunday with his knock ons. He wasnt great but it was better from what ive seen of him. I would rather he play the deeper striker than the frontman. Ive always said he could form a good partnership with Buffel and Novo. Buffel would provide him with loads of chances while Boyd could flick on for both those other 2.

    Blimey!! Me and Johnny agree on something!! Adam is shocking. He has flashes of a bit of skill that come off sometimes but then again so do 100s of people who only play 5-a sides. He shouldnt be near a rangers shirt at the moment. Get himself 30% fitter and start playing sensible football and he may be a decent guy to have on the bench.

    Loan players

    Am i right in saying Dailly and Davis are our only loan players at the moment? Or is Alexander on loan aswell? Anyway, why do loan players seem to get ahead of players we actually own? In Davis case he may have a wee bit more to offer and could potentially sign for us in the summer, but Dailly should be a stop gap. They may both be away in 3 months time. Whats wrong with giving appearances to players we own that are young or coming through our youth system (Lennon, Furman, Fleck) or players who deserve a regular game and those who we should be putting in shop window to try and get good deals for them (Gow, Buffel). With such a hectic period going on (which is only going to continue in the next 5 weeks) and a number of first team player struggling for form (McCulloch, Ferguson, Hemdani, Weir to an extent) then these players need match practice incase first team picks get injured. Surely WS has to make some changes for Gretna on Sunday??

    Everton are a quality team and are on the rise. I can see them getting 4th in the league. Thay will give them champions league revenue next year and with there new stadium going to be built they are on the up. Rangers v Everton in the UEFA final???

    Im beginning to like you!! You need to get that post count up a bit mate when you talk good sense like this :cheers: The game he came on against Celtic at Ibrox aswell last season he had a good few runs at there defence and caused them more problems. You just knew all of Ibrox wanted him to slam one in the net. Sebo is another attack minded player who just wants to have a go at the oppposition. Sebo and Novo upfront with Buffel playing behind them would be very interesting and entertaining IMO.

    LIke Buffel, Im a Sebo fan and think he deserved more of a chance. He barely played a game for us. He was brought on and got 7 mins here and 8 mins there in games - no way near enough to settle at a club. He was a decent striker in Austria. I still think he played superbly in the one upfront role at Parkhead last season. People class him as a headless chicken, but that headless chicken was more effective than Boyd's musical statue act. With WS's formation of playing one through the middle I think we could do worse than bring him back. Cousin will be away and Darcheville is always injured. So rather than pay for another striker id take him back and spend the cash elsewhere in the team.

    It certainly does make the fixture list even more congested. But Werder Bremen will be a great tie. We've still got to play Hibs in the cup replay and if we win that there is Partick to fit in. Plus being in the league cup final means another league game being postponed. We're going to have sat/sun & wed/thur games right up until April. WS must utilise the squad now and give the likes of Gow, Buffel, Lennon, Fleck, Furman etc games. Surely he should change things for Gretna on Sunday.

    Thats the best kit we've had in a while. We should keep that on for a 2nd season as our away kit. Id buy that if there was a JJB here.

    Giggs was playing his 100th CL game for Man U last night. I dont think they have been in the UEFA cup during his time unless the season Blackburn won the league but since then they have been had a top 4 finish.

    He's been making mistakes for decades but I still like him. Oooomph and there's a ball and its........ Now,oh oh and thats a throwing to Rangers (as if it was a wonder goal).

    Id order it but it we'll be taking 3 new kits out again this summer and probably wont wear this one again. Anyone got pictures of it handy?

    Agreed this cant compare his standard to past players. The amount of games has risen and is played over a season now. You start the qualifiers in July then can play 6 CL group games or 4 UEFA group games before knock out rounds. But well done, its still a good achievement.
