The same for Arsenal, imagine they had someone who could finish with all the chances they get!! Wenger had a chance to sign him aswell!!
-
The only thing they have on there side Juff is the size of the transfer fee, they couldnt let him go for anything less than 35 million. Plus Id say he is worth that, only Ronaldo has been better this season. 3-1 now BTW
-
3-0 now. 16/1 was a great bet for top scorer at the start of the season. anyone take that each way??? I wish i did, i just put it as a win.
-
Fux sake, he's got another 1-4 now
-

STEVIE SMITH is in a Rangers team for the first time since December 2006 for today's Scottish Cup quarter-final replay with Partick Thistle at Firhill. The full-back has not featured since the 1-1 draw with Celtic 16 months ago because of a long-term pelvic problem but finally makes his comeback against the Jags. Kirk Broadfoot's one-match suspension allows the 22-year-old to return and he is one of seven changes to the team which beat Sporting 2-0 on Thursday. Barry Ferguson, Lee McCulloch, Jean-Claude Darcheville, Steven Davis, Sasa Papac and Brahim Hemdani have also dropped out of the first XI. In their places come David Weir, Chris Burke, Kris Boyd, Nacho Novo and Steven Naismith in a 4-4-2 formation. Euro hero Steven Whittaker also starts the game at right-back. Following Queen of the South's semi-final win over Aberdeen yesterday, Rangers have a real opportunity to claim their first Scottish Cup for five years. Another First Division outfit - St Johnstone - await the winners of this tie in the last four and Walter Smith is fielding a strong side to give Gers their best chance of going through. RANGERS: McGregor; Whittaker, Weir, Cuellar, Smith; Burke, Dailly, Thomson, Naismith; Novo, Boyd. Subs: Alexander, Ferguson, Cousin, McCulloch, Furman,

The guy is awesome. He is a weekly pundit on the football channel here. He wears bright colourful shirts ties and jackets but you need subtitles for his words. He is a Geordie who speaks far too fast, plus he loves a rant. He had a rant about Hicks and Gillette earlier saying both Mickey Mouse and Droopey should buggar off back to the US and leave Liverpool alone for someone who knows about football. Nigel Spackman was wetting himself next to him

This is the second time you and I have been caught up about Frasers mum. But then again, we cant help she chose us 2 as her favourites

I hope you used Frasers company!!!

I cant believe your hanging around and not even offering to get your coat after that

Thats a good point actually, Ajax used to be one of Europe's big boys and we used to spend as much as anyone else in the mid 90s. But obviously the Dutch league dont get the TV revenue just like us. It makes you wonder if an atlantic league is the way forward......
-
I honestly dont expect much first picks to be leaving this summer bar Cousin, but even he might change his mind. Burke may be one who moves on with Buffel, Faye and Gow. I also wouldnt be surprised to see Hemdani and Boyd go to Birmingham. But I can see Carlos and McGregor being Rangers players in August. Other than that hopefully we get Davis and Dailly Signed up.

I know its 2 seperate comp's therefore are exclusive and we can win both (plus the SPL is almost in the bag), but after hearing YourCall yesterday IF we were given the choice which would we prefer. Id have to go for the UEFA, ive seen us win many a title but our only run in europe ive witnessed is in 1992/93 which was a great run. Plus winning a european trophy is massive!!! Id love to see the lads parade the UEFA cup outside Ibrox.

Yeah McFadden needs to be playing top flight football, although id still love to see him at Ibrox. I'll also be interested to see what McLeish does in the summer transfer window if he stays up. I dont like Wigan (Whelan is a wank) so would prefer them to go down.
