Yip agreed, id tell them to shuff it also. But as someone said above, if we dont have a fixture against them then they can go to Japan and we can play Motherwell. If we had beaten Partick things would have cleared up a bit also. But we have a big enough squad to play a few games in quick succession. If that was the case what was Beckham, Crouch and Owen doing in the squad, why was Hargreaves playing ahead of Carrick and why was Agbonlahor dropped from the provisional squad. Crouch hasnt featured for Liverpool for weeks and weeks yet Agbonlahor has been superb for Villa. Beckham was given his 100th cap as a gesture - congratulations but now its time for him to move away from England unless they get a injury crisis. Lennon, Bentley, Agbonlahor, Ashley Young and SWP are all better options now. But if Capello continues to pick these players then fair enough, the rest of us can sit back and watch them under achieve again. Owen is an imposter of a player. Oliver Dacourt used to be a cracking player, id take him. Maxi Rodriguez would be good. I was surprised when Arsenal sold Sylvinho, he was a superb LB for them. Id prefer Hemdani to stay and be played, he hasnt been great of late but was still out best player last season and certainly has been our best player in some games this season. Id probably rather take 4 million for Ferguson than 1.5 million for Hemdani. A midfield trio of Hemdani, Thomson and Davis would look very decent to me. But Hemdani seems to be another who WS uses seldomly and therefore if we got 1.5-2 million then fair enough but he is one of our better players for me.

The SFA should have rewarded those who had briefs from certain matches a huge discount for this match along with u16s. Dont they realise it would be better for the them and the team to have say 45,000 tickets at 15 quid rather than 20,000 at 25 quid!! Stupid! Plus the timing is shocking for a few reasons 1) the OF derby (the OF had a game cancelled in November to assist the national team so it should have been the nationals teams shot to assist the OF), 2) Rangers are and Celtic could have been playing in europe. 3) Its the new managers first game and this should have been a well timed occasion to get a full crowd with a full squad but now with so many pull outs it takes some shine off Burleys team. Next, Why are the SFA assisting Croatia ahead of there own teams. Croatia need this game for Euro 08 but Rangers (and Celtic if they were still in Europe) dont need this game due to there heavy schedule which is already a disaster due to some poor organisation. Onto the game and Frasers team wont be far away, id say about 7 or 8 of them are correct. I see a 1-1 draw depending on how much the Croatians are up for it - they could easy come to hampden and give us a wee beating like they did to England.

The likes of Burke can be let go to free up wages also - whats he on 12k a week?? - That after fighting the club for it for ages and he still cant produce. Nah, I wouldnt have Soti back. Carlos is streets ahead of him and id rather see him paired with Webster first. Agreed Hyypia would do a job for us but id like to see the above partnership in the the hope its a long term one. Hilario would be a good back up keeper.

Fraser, We couldnt afford Wes brown or Ledley King. Hyypia whilst would be decent is old skool again. Harry Kewell is trash and hasnt been fit for about 4 years. And Soti Kyrgiakos - eh!!!

Bobby Pires would be nice for the left wing for a season. He must be getting on a bit now though but still has more class in his small toe that Charlie Adam. Sami Hyypia is about the right age for a 3 yr deal at Ibrox. Crespo or Kanu would be nice upfront.

Ive certainly still got the buzz for the OF game even from 8000 miles away. Ive had it since Sunday knowing our next game is them. This week is dragging coz im looking forward to the weekend with some beers saturday afternoon for the game. Maybe its also the fact we havent played them for so long but even when we have played them 2 or 3 times in a short time i still had the buzz. Im not as excited as I was maybe 10 years ago but I still cant wait. Ive never had nerves for these games at Ibrox though.

Thats a huge point. Id say playing regularly in europe will stead him perfect for International matches - TBH playing Barca etc is bigger than Scotland v the likes of Greece or Iceland. McGregor's confidence is sky high at the moment and at this time he is for me Scotlands top keeper. Im a big fan of Gordon but he made the wrong move going to Sunderland and playing behind a poor defence. If they go down then he has to get away from Championship football. Buts its good to see 2 quality keepers fighting it out. I wouldnt say they are at the level of Leighton and Goram (those 2 were world class keepers) but they are certainly on the up. I cant see McGregor moving away from Ibrox at all.
