I think he would actually prefer to sign for us ahead of Newcastle etc, so they could help us. I thought Dailly was on loan aswell, never knew he was released from West Ham. Hopefully we get him to sign on next season aswell.

Good idea Pete, lets try and get the top 6 best goals then turn it into a poll. Both goals in midweek against Sporting were great.

Great for QOTS and they will get another day out at Hampden. The cups this season north and south of the border have been superb. Everyone at the start of the season would liked to have seen Portsmouth win the cup but when the other 3 teams were from the Championship then a lot like the underdogs to win. Aberdeen must have thought it was there right to win it for putting Celtic out. We should have this trophy in the bag now but its all about being professional.

Agreed about West Ham we are playing absolute terrible right now. DOnt get me wrong, Im happy Dailly is with Gers doing a great job but he should be a first pick at upton pk especially with how bad the west ham defence is. Good result for Bolton though, gives them a great chance and with Fulham winning the next 2 games are going to be interesting. I still think Fulham have gone, after that its 1 from Bolton, Brum, Reading and Wigan but I would put my money on Bolton. Every team has a tough tun in.

Huge games at the bottom end of the table this weekend. Birmingham with problems behind the scenes have a tricky home tie against Everton who havent been at there best recently. Bolton have West Ham, again a team who have been poor recently. So both are capable of getting 3 points. At the top Arsenals slim and last chance comes at Old Trafford. If they win they have a outside chance but if not its over. If Arsenal play like they did in the first 20 mins against Liverpool then they can win. They should unleash Walcott. Chelsea will be glued to that then just have to do the usual professional job against Wigan on Monday night. Saturday, 12 April 2008 Birmingham v Everton, 15:00 - Draw Bolton v West Ham, 15:00 - Draw Derby v Aston Villa, 15:00 - Away Win Portsmouth v Newcastle, 17:15 - Draw Reading v Fulham, 15:00 - Home Win Sunderland v Man City, 15:00 - Home Win Tottenham v Middlesbrough, 15:00 - Draw Sunday, 13 April 2008 Liverpool v Blackburn, 13:30 - Home Win Man Utd v Arsenal, 16:00 - Draw Monday, 14 April 2008 Chelsea v Wigan, 20:00 - Home Win

He just needs to get it right once more against Fiorentina!. Loved his celebration with KM last night.

The Fiorentina ties will be our 17th and 18th games in europe this season. Thats half a domestic season for SPL clubs.

For some bizarre reason they emailed me trying to get me to subscribe. The subject heading was: "3 OF derbies, 3 title deciders" What a pile of bollocks, how can there be 3 title deciders? The title can only be decided once a season when a team officically wins it.

He must be ages with Davie Weir now though?
-
This is nearer ever so closer!!!! If we beat Partick on sunday then its 2 semi finals.

Bayern are jammy jammy bassas. I fancied Getafe to win that. St Petersburg will give them a tough game especially in Russia. Bring on the Italians for us though, I dont fear them. Everton were unlucky against them so im sure Walter will be on the phone to Moyes to get info.

Can't believe we're one goal away from european semi

But then again I'll easy take a brilliant 2-0 win  -
Im delighted to get this prediction wrong. I really feared the worst this morning but this result proves to me the confidence WS has installed in the team. Ive long rated Dailly as a player, i could never work out why he wasnt getting a game at West Ham considering the donkeys they have at the back. Id love to get Dailly signed up for another 2 seasons. The man is Scotland legend for me!!!

Personally I think its a good booking but could still cost us. Its a gamble he maybe wants to take. But having him and Thomson out is a bit of a worry, we just need Davis, Dailly and Hemdani to stay fit. I actually like the look of that 3!!

Amazing score. Didnt look at it until I sat down at work with my coffee and dare I say i expected the worst until the BBC's headline was : I jumped off my seat and made everyone stop and stare I'll tell you folks, this season is reminding more and more of 1992/93 every minute. Im delighted about reaching the semi finals, the progress so far has been unbelieveable. I cant believe we so close to the final. Im thinking of booking up for Manchester now.
