  1. Fux sake 2-1 them
  2. Yesssss 1-1 McManus again
  3. Bassa's. Plenty time for the Well though
  4. C'mon the Well. The pitch is shocking again.
  5. The guy is awesome. He is a weekly pundit on the football channel here. He wears bright colourful shirts ties and jackets but you need subtitles for his words. He is a Geordie who speaks far too fast, plus he loves a rant. He had a rant about Hicks and Gillette earlier saying both Mickey Mouse and Droopey should buggar off back to the US and leave Liverpool alone for someone who knows about football. Nigel Spackman was wetting himself next to him
  6. This is the second time you and I have been caught up about Frasers mum. But then again, we cant help she chose us 2 as her favourites
  7. Anelka, Fat Frank, Essien, SWP...
  8. 1-0 to the Arsenal - Walcott
  9. So if Arsenal win today they cant win it??
  10. I'll tag you on my way out
  11. I hope you used Frasers company!!!
  12. I cant believe your hanging around and not even offering to get your coat after that
  13. Thats a good point actually, Ajax used to be one of Europe's big boys and we used to spend as much as anyone else in the mid 90s. But obviously the Dutch league dont get the TV revenue just like us. It makes you wonder if an atlantic league is the way forward......
  14. I honestly dont expect much first picks to be leaving this summer bar Cousin, but even he might change his mind. Burke may be one who moves on with Buffel, Faye and Gow. I also wouldnt be surprised to see Hemdani and Boyd go to Birmingham. But I can see Carlos and McGregor being Rangers players in August. Other than that hopefully we get Davis and Dailly Signed up.
  15. That may change this year, they are 3 points off the top with a game in hand IIRC. Unlucky Craig, nothing worse with 1 team busting you. I was nowhere near yesterday, i had a draw between Birmingham and Everton plus Reading and West Ham.
  16. I know its 2 seperate comp's therefore are exclusive and we can win both (plus the SPL is almost in the bag), but after hearing YourCall yesterday IF we were given the choice which would we prefer. Id have to go for the UEFA, ive seen us win many a title but our only run in europe ive witnessed is in 1992/93 which was a great run. Plus winning a european trophy is massive!!! Id love to see the lads parade the UEFA cup outside Ibrox.
  17. Yeah McFadden needs to be playing top flight football, although id still love to see him at Ibrox. I'll also be interested to see what McLeish does in the summer transfer window if he stays up. I dont like Wigan (Whelan is a wank) so would prefer them to go down.
  18. Lets assume Fulham are down with Derby, who is the 3rd side going down? If Bolton win at Middlesboro next weekend they have a shout, if not they are down.
  19. I fancy Motherwell to get a draw today aswell. Wednesday will take care of itself, im looking forward for a midweek OF game again - been a while since we had one. I see a 1-0 Gers win just the same as during 9IAR season, when opened the scoring early on with a peach, Van Vossen ruined his Gers career, Gazza missed a pen, Goram saved Van Hooijdonks pen in the last minute.
  20. This is tempting: 3 draws: Man Utd v Arsenal Motherwell v Celtic Liverpool v Blackburn. 2 quid returns 100
  21. That is madness in mid april, we will have played 50% more matched than other SPL clubs due to 18 european games. But its great, lets get past Partick today and fit in St Johnstone somewhere.
  22. Arsenal must be kicking themselves though, 1 win in 7 games. If they just won one more of them they would be 4 behind which is a different story. I fancied Man Utd until last weekend when they drew at Boro, after that Chelsea are right in there. Chelsea just dont lose at home so can see them beating Man Utd at stamford bridge. Man Utd have a tough one today plus Blackburn away next week - possible points dropped
  23. Between the 3 sides. I really its swang in Chelsea's favour. I dont see Man Utd winning today or against Blackburn with Chelsea winning both games before the Man Utd game in 2 weeks
  24. Looking forward to the big match tonight. Im thinking of heading out to watch it. The football channel here has rented out 2 outdoor restaurants side by side down town for the game, with 1 being for Man Utd fans and the other for Arsenal. The asians like there footy but dont know how to sing footy songs, but the atmosphere will be good and relaxing with no scraps or anything like that. Ive got a sneaky feeling for Arsenal to nick this one 1-0. If we get half as good a game as the Liverpool v Arsenal game in midweek then it will be great. Both teams have to go out and try to win it. If Man Utd dont win then Chelsea can close the gap to 1 or 0 points by beating Wigan which puts in there hands. Arsenal have to win to have a chance of winning the league. So both teams have to go out and attack. If Arsenal play like they did in the first 20 mins agains Liverpool they can score easy.
  25. I dont think we cold turn 12 million down but I also cant see them making an offer that big. McGregor has been our most improved player this season and has continued our successful era of superb keepers since the 80s. So would be happy to see him stay.
