Plus Gow has never had a chance at Rangers compared to Adam so he could have became a top scoring midfielder aswell. Adam stood out his best at St Mirren in the First Division while Gow stood out at Falkirk in the Premier League yet Adam gets his chance and Gow doesnt.

I think UFC is right about Cousins ability and his statements but we all saw first hand his headbutt in the UEFA semi which could have ruined our chances and at the time i wondered if he did it on purpose to get a move going. (had ha played in the final it may have been a different outcome). But the worst thing was he did it again in the very next match against Dundee utd! He went to Headbutt Wilkie (maybe we should be saying well done tho ) but to do it twice said to me his attitude stank and he didnt want to play for us.

Whilst i you may be correct on Gow, then why does Charlie Adam get a game? He is in the exact same catergory and level for me - has shown flahses of skill but then normally goes 7 games of having a nightmare. I dont think Gow would have done any worse than Adam if he was given a run.

I agree with this but if he does play a deeper role there is not need for him, Thomson, Dailly and Hemdani to all be playing. A system has to be made by WS to get BF back into that role but he needs a creative attack minded central player to accomodate BF in that role.

Ive voted Ferguson as when he is on his game there is no doubt about it - he runs the show. But those days are becoming few and far between. As i said before, next season is huge for BF, if he is inconsistant again with going on 6 games playing below average then he has to get dropped. Also, Hemdani wouldnt be that far behind when he is on his game and everyone knows I rate Buffels talent. Ferguson, Buffel, Hemdani and Thomson all on there 'A' game would give us a superb midfield.

Id take him in an instant. He is the type of player we are craving for: Creative, fast, skillful and can score goals. Plus he is only 25 and Scottish!

Whats the opinion on our captain then? Ive bo doubt about his commitment to Rangers, he is a blue thru and thru but IMO since coming back in 2004 and being handed the captaincy its made him a worse player. On his day he is easily the best player on the park - and that can be on any stage - but IMO he has become far too inconsistant and is getting a game on reputation over fitness/form. For me he is now in last chance saloon. If he doesnt take this season by the scrub of the neck then its time for him to move on. The other problem for him and probably his main problem, is working out his best position. He is no way a midfielder who can support the front man. He is quiet creative and can spread a pass or two but having a De Boer player defintaly complemented him. Come on Barry!! Ship up or ship out.

I dont believe that we cant get shot of him. The likes of Hamburg wanted him a few months ago. Im sure he and his agent are on holiday and will pick up on it later. But to say he has no ambition, character or fight plus sit around and take the money is bollocks and totally nonsense!! He has showed up week in week out in a reserve team at Clyde etc to try and get back into the first team and we havent heard a peep from him complaining. He has shown what lots of Rangers fans ask for "Dig in and keep trying" but has simply not been played due to the 400k payment due to Feyenoord. but to say he lacks ambition, character or fight is nonsense

Whats everyone hoping to see in 6 weeks time when we line up?? Jon and Johnny definatly want Boyd playing. Id be interested to see if Buffel and Hemdani stay. If they do and got there 'A'A game every week then they would be in my team. Keeper - Hopefully the Shagger stays as he is a hugely improved keeper. Defence - Carlos will stay!! But il be interested to see who partners him. The full back positions will be interesting. Midfield - Still no player who havs that magic, but is it vital in the SPL??? Its more of a battle sometimes and Thomson and Ferguson will surely do that. Forwards - We've been very active here and our front line could look totally different this season. Velicka, Miller and Lafferty all some in - will they start or will we still see the likes of Adam...
