I ws just gonna ask if you were at the game

I think he would possibly still be a better left back now than a manager.

My coupon will be a treble of 3 aways: Sunderland 11/5 Tottenham 6/5 Man City 6/4 Tenner pays 180 quid

Another big weekend, which will see the bookies collect another few tenners from me. Arsenal v Aston Villa - Villa deserved to win here last season but Arsenal nicked a draw. Villa were flying until they lost there last 2 league games. Arsenal have 2 great wins following a run of 3 without a win, the youngsters were awesome against Wigan in midweek 2-0 Arsenal Blackburn v Sunderland - Blackburn won at Sunderland in midweek in the league cup. I fancy a reverse here and a Sunderland win. Il be putting some cash on that. Blackburn 0-1 Sunderland Bolton v Liverpool - Liverpools luck has to run out sometime and they were well beaten by Spurs in midweek. Bolton are all of a sudden mid table and being tough to score against again. Bolton 1-1 Liverpool Fulham v Tottenham - 2 inform teams. Fulham are good at home and Spurs are the form team at the moment. It will be a tight london derby but I can see Spurs coming out on top. Fulham 1-2 Tottenham Man Utd v Stoke - Man Utd will be loving the fixture list this weekend as they have the easiest game in the top 4. Man Utd 4-0 Stoke Newcastle v Wigan - Not exactly an attractive game on paper but it could be a decent game. Wigan will have a go but Newcastle are improving slightly and need to crawl up the league. I have a sneaky feeling Wigan will get something. Newcastle 0-0 Wigan West Brom v Chelsea - West Brom will be relying on there home form to keep them up but they might aswell rule this one out. Chelsea are just too strong in every department West Brom 0-3 Chelsea West Ham v Portsmouth - Battle of the the 2 teams which could end up in a relegation fight. West Ham are in free fall after 5 successive defeats yet they are playing good football which is a bad sign. Pompey got a great win at Sunderland last week but are still gomsmacked by Redknapps departure which has been followed by Joe Jordan. West Ham have to stop the poor run. West Ham 2-1 Portsmouth Everton v Middlesboro - Boro won at Villa park last week and are now in the top half which is where the deserve to be with there performances. Everton have turned the corner after a poor start. This could be a cracking game. Everton 2-2 Middlesboro Hull v Man City - Hull have came back down to earth with a few defeats in a row but they have had very tough games in that time. Man City are in poor form despite the money behind them and Mark Hughes will be under pressure if they dont win this. Hull 1-2 Man City

I thought we were in for Zaluska also?

No Burke should be moved on IMO, he cant be classed as a promising youngster anymore. There is no point running 30 yards with the ball and beating a few players then falling over. Adam - I just cant ever see him being good enough for a starting place at Rangers FC. For me these 2 wouldnt be able to tie the boots of wingers in the last 15-20 years like Walters, Cooper and Laudrup.
-
I like JJ under Advocaats time. If he and Amato both had an extra yard or 2 of pace then they would have been unstoppable
-
Have they been made a bit larger than usual this season? My folks took over a large for me and its huge!! Maybe its just Umbro because I have West Ham home and away from last season both Large but the home is perfect and the away is a wee bit big, but the new Gers top is massive.
-
Outs: Hemdani (although a waste IMO and i can understand if he wants to sit and take the cash as he hasnt done much wrong) Burke Dailly McCulloch and/or Darcheville Adam (MAYBE a possibly stay as a squad player) Ins: A good attacking Left Back that doesnt get a nose bleed coming out of his own box - dont get me wrong Papac has been superb at filling in, but if we good get a fast attacking LB it would help the left side. Centre Half - Need a good long term partner for Bougherra
-
Id like to see Aaron get a chance there. Beasley for me is first pick in the larger pitches and more footballing type of games, but he shouldnt even be on the bench in tough tackling physical games like Hamilton away etc.
-
Terrible news for Moore. Get well soon
-
Il take Falkirk at Hampden, thats the easiet tie on paper....but we still have to beat them Bring on Celtic in the final though!

Youd think someone was serving up his dinner for him
-
The thing about Boyd is, he is playing with a desire to prove someone (Burley) wrong at the moment and its improved his overall game. Its a shame its taken that to move him up a gear. For me, he still has to continue this for the next 10-15 games before il be convinced he is a player. It also shows Burley to be a bit weak, the likes of Sir Alex or Walter wouldnt stand for that - after all it was Boyd who quit. But Burley has also shot himself in the foot with this for not putting him on ahead of 2 untried strikers. The whole thing stinks of typical Scottishness though does it!
-
It was a pleasure to see him with a smile on his face like that for a change...that was the first game ive been over impressed with Boyd and if he keeps that up he will win a few fans over. Still needs to score a few more against Celtic, Aberdeen (a), Hearts (a) etc
-
Thats a right dent to the midfield. But we are not short in numbers. Ferguson will be auto replacement with Edu and Hemdani possibly back in the fold.
-
For me its a no brainer - Yes He seems like he has a few problems off the park he needs to sort first. As been said its been quite a number of errors recently and all this after getting a great new deal in the summer. Alexander to play this weekend for me until McGregor sorts himself out. Its a shame as he was shading Gordon for Scotlands No.1 shirt not too long ago and he had seemed to win over many a Gers fan (myself and Cammy IIRC) who thought he was just an average run of the mill keeper
-
Exactly and then you can also say Terry Butcher (Singapore), Shaun Maloney (Malaysia), Richard Gough (South Africa).....which are different all the players who have played for Scotland who were born down south. Wasnt even The Goalie born in Oldham? Its all about this bloodline thing, ok most if the players ive mentioned have relations in the other home nations. But what if Novo's children are born in Scotland - that gives him a reverse bloodline does it not! Its a tough one to call and there has to be a line drawn somewhere
-
Fuckin Arsenal lost again...shooting themselves in the foot. Jon btw it is BPL this season - Barclays Premier League West Ham got a decent draw at Boro.

It would appear so mate ......else why would i sing so much nonsense :box:
