I think most have said it, non more so than myself. How ANYONE can ask or want Boyd upfront when Cousin plays likes this is beyond me. Yes he disrepected the club with his 2 headbutts but his ability is head and shoulders above the rest and id play him As i said on other thread, he has done more in the 1st half of this game than Boyd has done in about 5 matches.

Not every game is a passionate OF game like this. Did anyone see his ripped shirt - diry mhanky bassa's. But Cousin has been superb and I really hope he isnt sold and gets back to playing like this week in week out in a 4-4-2. Miller hasnt done too badly, id just been our right side. Davis and Broadfoot havent done enough. If Novo and Whittaker (how i wish for Hutton) were then then we'd get chance after chance.

He is proving why he is easily our best striker and if he plays like this every game he should start week in week out

Meant to post this last night, but I thought id give an update on Faubert who wanted to join us last year then West Ham nicked him for an extra few million. He got a bad injury last season and came back around Feb/March this year. He played bits of games and showed great pace but nothing else. This season he got a full pre season under him and has started all WH games which ive watched live and he hasnt impressed me much. He has a bit of pace but his thighs are like Darchevilles - massive with too much muscle. He is decent at free kicks and corners but really struggles to beat a man on the wing. He maybe isnt fully fit yet but thus far our loss hasnt been West Hams gain yet.

Id keep him for the reason Andy Gray just said on talksport - a team cant have enough quality players aslong as the manager knows what to do with them. Unfortunatly WS doesnt. Unless we get a better player in for the wages and money then id keep him. People have to remember our new players still have to prove themselves over a long period of time. If Edu is shite (hopefully not) and Thomson got a long term injury then we'd need Hemdani. The fact we arent in europe means he is unlikely to play but I dont forget his 06/07 season when he was by far our best player. Just because he was poor in 5 games last season doesnt make him a bad player for me.

Very harsh on Hemdani IMO. Quality player with probably the best footballing brain at the club, he just doesnt fit into any WS system.

Yeah he has reached 200. He's 21 now, made his debut when 16, cant believe he how fast time goes, i remember him playing at 17 like it was about 5 months ago.

Newcastle have a bit of quality and drew at Old Trafford on day 1. Arsenal tore them apart like they were the Newcastle of old. But thats why i said IF they play like that coz its only 1 game. I think the Fulham game was a great kick up the backside that they needed. My only worry is they still need a bit of steel in the midfield to help them win games. When they go a goal up against Man Utd and Chelsea like last season (and were the better side) then those 2 teams will hit back at them and Arsenals only defence will be to play good football rather than stick solid tackles in. Arsenal have enough depth of flair/young talent in the squad but its experience and steel they need to get them through some games. If they get Alonso or Barry (which are the current rumours) then that would great signings but the player they really need is Rino Gattuso.

If Arsenal play like that every week they will cruise the league, they were superb again.
