  1. Was close to stick on 5-0 at 40/1 but just opted for a safer Rangers win
  2. Would be nice to see him off our books. Ipswich is a lovely place Lee
  3. Billy Davies wasnt in charge yesterday, he left the previous caretaker bloke to do it. Some score, but fookin cost my coupon!!! I thought id wake up today to hear Hughes had the boot. I can still see it this week
  4. Perhaps, and its best to have back up players rather than shift players around. What happens if Boyd gets a long term injury!!
  5. Yeah bit points will be dropped from both teams, but if celtic won yesterday then we would still rely on them losing 1 extra game than us IF we win the OF games.
  6. What a gift from Utd yesterday, means its back in our own hands only 1 week after it being so gloom. It makes this match massive!! Pressure will be on, and the celtic result has to help lift the players. I'll go for a 2-0 Gers win
  7. Totally disagree. How come Hemdani was our best player 2 seasons ago and strolled through SPL matches. Just because a player doesnt give 100% blood and guts doesnt make him a bad player, i said the same about Lovenkrands. If we had 11 Terry Hurlocks in the team we would lose more games than we would win.
  8. He and 5 bellies are right though - 1 of that demons is Sheryl....
  9. Great stuff, i turned it over to Hull v Newcastle when Celtic got there second but turned it back to check at 2-1 then saw the 2nd goal. Great stuff
  10. 4-fold Sunderland - won West Ham - won Derby - won Man City - thumped 8-fold Arsenal - won Chelsea - drew Coventry - won Derby - won Ipswich - won Man - City - thumpted Middlesboro - won West Ham - won Glad chelsea conceded so Man city didnt fuck me in both lines
  11. Bad start already! Have a 8 fold in the FA cup including Man City (2-0 down at home to Forest) and Derby (2-2 with Forest Green). Only half time though!!
  12. Unbelievable. Just watching the Celtic v Dundee Utd game and a ball was played back to Wilkie who absolutely fumbled big time and allowed Scott Brown to nick it off him and set up Samaras. If WS signs this clown then WS will have sank lower than a snakes belly
  13. I agree with Ascender, Hemdani should have been playing. I even think Hemdani and Thomson could have worked together allowing 2 wide men to have free roles. WS is stubborn as fook!!!
  14. I really cant see Ferguson being moved on unless Newcaste throw silly money which Murray accepts. He is the golden boy. He also wont want to make the same mistake by leaving Ibrox twice. However if he left i dont think there would be too many upset people on here, i wouldnt. Anyone realistically at Newcastle worth doing a swap with?
  15. Back 3 of Pressley, Weir and Dailly!
  16. Yes agreed, but then the big teams wont want a relegation battle for TV money etc. It would be more likely they would start there own league with independant body.
  17. A player me and Jon always wanted us linked with, but i think even both of us wouldnt want him now as he is totally finished. How he even got a contract at Blackburn was beyond me. However it wouldnt surprise me on a pay as you play/score basis. IMO Calscot is right by saying WS has assembled a huge squad but utilising a small one. The other thing is his lack of consistancy giving players a chance. I dont think we need a left sided player until we have given Beasley, Aaron or Novo a run there. All are capable IMO. Hemdani is a player who should be played IMO, he has quality and if he is a paid employee then use his talents rather than waste 17k a week. This also puts him in the shop window. Its the Daillys, Burkes, McCullochs, Adams that should join JCD and be trimmed.
  18. I think it will happen aswell more so for Globalization more than footballing reasons, but agree the money will start to hit these teams aswell and they will look for an alternative. The worry then is, if this is successful then you will have Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, R Madrid, Barca, Milan , Inter, Juve, Munich all wanting to do the same thing and it will turn onto a 2 tier thing with these teams being either in the top league or forming there own which lacks interest in the original league
  19. Same as Gav, but you wonder if he can. 7000 sit up's a day!! I probably havent done 1000 in my lifetime!!
  20. Surprised WS hasnt came in for him!!! Whats he doing anyway, still looking for a contract and being coach of Scotland. The national team needs a bit more higher profile and dedicated person IMO.
  21. Mmm not sure why we are looking at Healy and Lee Miller unless WS has no intention of playing Naismith, Novo, Velicka or Lafferty when Miller and Boyd are in the side. We should be looking to strengthen the defence first
  22. Ferguson has been holding us up for years. Under 3 managers when he has been out the team we have played well until he returns. Under Eck we played well in a few good games until ha came back then under PLG we all know what happened there. IIRC we were top of the league this season until he returned then Mendes went off the boil aswell when BF came in the team aftr striking up a partnership with Thomson. And all this to give us 1 good performance in every 8 games. Bye bye BF for me!!
  23. He's been dropped already this season to try and get his form back. It seems whatever is going on OFF the pitch is affecting him. Personally Id go to Man Utd and ask Sir Alex to loan Foster and Evans for the rest of the season and plump them straight into the first team.
  24. So many first teams being linked away. Personally if Newcastle came in for Ferguson I hope we take the offer. I can see Davis and Mendes being a much better partnership until Thomson returns. Its not looking good with Bougherra though. Once again we buy a player, make him into something then sell him on to balance the books. Id take Berra but hope Bougherra stays.
  25. Id bite the hand off for half that amount with McGregor right now!! He is a shadow of last year.
