Choice of places for me also depending if i have a beer or not. If so then il either get a carry out and stay at home or head off to the Rangers Supporters Bar which is also a Scottish pub so may have a few mhanks - which could make the atmosphere a bit better.
-
What you talking about Jon??? West Ham didnt deserve a 4-1 win??? :fish: Arsenal had loads of players out and Villa had almost there strongest.

No more sleeps, Im up but with 12 hours until kick off i cant start drinking or i might be ZZZZzzzz by kick off time! Tempting though!

Rangers fans' fury after 'hun' jibe on Rab C Nesbitt comeback show
Gribz replied to pete's topic in Rangers Chat
Imagine the outcry if it was the other way round! There would have been outrage and the BBC heavily fined if they used Tim. -
Its getting beyond a joke! 4 out of 5 and 2 out of 3 twice Chelsea won Man Utd won Liverpool won Palace won Burnley lost at home to Barnsley West Ham won MK Dons won Newcastle lost (was a tough ask anyway) Birmingham won Oldham won Reading drew at home

Id play the 3 of them. Whether it be Miller and Boyd upfront with Novo on the left...or play Novo left, Miller right and boyd through the middle while pushing Davis into a trio in midfield
-
Left wing??? much better than Lafferty, McCulloch, Adam and probably Beasley
-
You havent got any money on that have you Juff?
-
But you can say the same about Boyd who makes no impact until he scores which can be like last week - 61st minute!! Who is to say Novo wouldnt do the same if he started and we persivered (sp)! He was superb in the season he played with Prso through the middle scoring 25 goals. EDIT: novo is a big game player and scores in OF games plus Europe away matches - thats an asset IMO and worth keeping!!
-
Why we didnt let McCulloch go for 2 million is beyond me. Personally I want Novo to stay and he would play almost every game for me. He is our best impact player and should be starting more games.
-
Yeah well I meant U21, Reserves or 2nd team. Im sure there would be some rule put in place to have a fair number of youngsters in the team.
-
I fancy Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd all to win but i wouldnt touch that Villa v Arsenal game on the coupon although Arsenal are 2/1 which is tempting! Fabregas joins Eduardo, Walcott and Rosicky out injured and Adebyeor is suspended! But if guessing the outcome then il go Villa but who knows with Arsenal. Stoke 0-2 Man Utd, 12:45 Chelsea 3-0 West Brom, 13:00 Portsmouth 1-1 West Ham, 13:00 Tottenham 2-0 Fulham, 13:00 Liverpool 3-0 Bolton, 15:00 Man City 2-2 Hull, 15:00 Middlesbrough 1-1 Everton, 15:00 Sunderland 1-1 Blackburn, 15:00 Wigan 0-1 Newcastle, 15:00 Aston Villa 2-1 Arsenal, 17:15

1 more sleep....but then i have to wait until 8:30pm for the game :box:

I dont think the other SPL sides would go for the idea of the OF being allowed to swap players between leagues. When the going gets tough we pull players from the Atlantic squad into the SPL games - that sounds unfair to me. Even though we are 1 club we would be spilt and have to submit squad players to each league. Then there is the issue 2 Rangers sides could qualify for the CL. If we have 2 squads and the U21's won the SPL then why shouldnt they get a crack at the CL qualifier. This idea has got to be thought through to a huge extent. The idea of playing U21's in the SPL would be good but i dont know who it would fit it.

Im not so sure we'll get a classic or explosive game that a few have mentioned but i do expect a Gers win 1 way or another

 I fancy 3 points on Sat to be a banker

WOuldnt be a bad shout as I can see both teams winning most of there games, but Reading are on a great run. I think these 2 will get auto promotion
-
Yip time is flying...Chelsea won it 04/05 and 05/06 then Man Utd have got 06/07 and 07/08 Hard to believe it was 03/04 when Arsenal were the invincibles!!
-
The Euro/Atlantic league has always appealed to me. But if we field 2 teams are fans expected to go to both games and handing out double the cash? Surely the fans would only be interested in the Euro league and I couldnt see a full house to see Rangers reserves take on St Mirren. Therefore the Scottish league would be more competitive but the money for the other sides would still drop so they wouldnt vote for it.

What if Iwelumo had scored that sitter!! We might not be even discussing the issue as Burley would have been proved right in selection - thats the fine line in football. Then if that was the case Boyds sulk may have been bigger and carried onto club form and we would still have the old Boyd who's all round game would be terrible and he wouldnt have scord 4 or 5 cracking goals that he didnt do previously - all that would have effected Rangers position aswell! So if Iwelumo we have to thank for missing that chance!

Ive never had a response either and 1 of my emails was actually agreeing with him on a few political issues following his speech to the US senate about the Iraq invasion, but he probably didnt respond due to my previous mails which were totally disagreeing with him with valid points debunking the subject.
-
TBH since WS came back the OF games have been much better and we have competed again as for a few years we were going to parkhead and not getting a sniff at goal.
-
Ouch...if Boyd doesnt start on Saturday I'll be scared of SAlly, Jonc and Johnnyk's reactions But surely he will play him, we shouldnt change to a 4-5-1 for this game, we are capable if winning it with 4-4-2.
