Not taking things to heart mate but look at the contrast between the titles of the 2 OF games!!!! My saying was Mendes was a class act in general, not today! Im saying he is suffering from the lack of talent in the side! Davis has been rotten for a few weeks - prove he hasnt? He was good and bright in the 1st half today but i didnt see him in the 2nd!! Boyd was absolute murder! What game were you all watching?? we had a first half performance in OUR hands then didnt turn up for the 2nd half!!

Papac was just ok, how can you give that pass marks though?? I want a full back to get right to the touchline in OF games AKA Numan and Robertson - but for my standards Papac didnt get pass marks!! Davis??? First 15 mins he was in the game, after that i expect more!!! IMO Mendes is suffering from being too good a player and ahead of the rest - that was shown in the 2nd half (il pick out the exact min when i watch the reply), when he played a superb pass to someone who wasnt even thinking about it!!

2 vaild points Mike! 1st paragraph - Clear cut chance but fucked up!! not to mention his fumbles and he couldnt get NEAR the pace of the game!!! ANYONE could see that!!! Yes he has improved against the shite teams in thr league - im the first to admit that - but it wont bring us the title home - bottom line. And yes we do have bigger problems in the team than him - broadfoot and adam and whittaker are a joke!

Ok il reply to this first!! Regardless of service whenever he got the ball he totally duffed it!!! - thats not the blame of the service. I can recall 3 times in the game where he duffed it and thats after 7 beers!!! Ive got the full 90 mins on again in a few hours and il watch again to see his performance!! But he was rank pish IMO. He got 1 ball played to him in the 1st half inside the box and he couldnt even get his feet right - plum

We've (me and Cammy for sure) have said this for a while and back to McLeishs time - swap our good players from these times out with average run of mill SPL players and we would be a average SPL club in the table!!! But those in NIAR were about 7 levels above what we can dream of now! We have went backwards, the scottish game has gone backwards!!!!

Was mainly having a go at todays players but included Burke coz Novos hair reminded me of him Yet your right with SOME more dead wood McCulloch - Call Bury and say we have a present for them Dailly - Used to be a good player, actually might have done ok today in place of Broadfoot!!!!!! Beasley - would have done better than Adam Miller - Sorry, i like KM becuase his 100% attitude does enough Hemdani - should have played today!!! would have strolled the first half with fuckin ease and laid the ball on a plte for Mendes to get forward - get him back in the team!!!

Should WS/AM/KM go now??? I was a big NO in the last poll, but we reach New Year and the league is out of our hands!! If Rangers and Celtic both win all there games now - not including the OF games - which we happen to win - then they still win the League!!! I still say give them this season, but it was a defining season!!! We need a turn in fortune soon - No for me!

Have to say I can see it now. I always thought his morale and bite would get him through games but he is dealing with such a lower level of players in the Era he cant do it now. The talent he had in 9IAR were brilliant, but in this era he hasnt 1 player who could make any team in the 90s.

1 OF game - we go to Parkhead and line up superbly and destroy them on ther on patch. Mendes ticks and controls EVERYTHING while THOMSON tidies up everything at the back! Davis almost convinces he should play RM all the time! The back 4 were awesome - led by Bougherra and his pace means Weir can stroll the game. upfront, Cousin shows how to play upfront! And miller chips in with good game and 2 goals. Home game: Ferguson returns and cant achieve anything. Whittaker returns and seems to play his own game. Broadfoot cant play centre half Davis - had a chance in first 5 mins, apart from that is poor Weir - needs Bougherra Mendes - class act, must be thinking WTF is going on! Adam - outclassed by Robson who I (yes me) played off the park 12 years ago!! upfront - Boyd was terrible, miller was ok first half but shite 2nd Why the change in teams!!! We were on course for brilliance!

WS got the 2nd half very wrong! Instead of upping the tempo and putting on an impact player - the 2 things that were obviously needed to win the game - he just left the same team on and allowed Celtic to get into the game. Surely we knew Strachan was going to up his players after they were shite in the 1st half - but we assumed it would be more of the same. WS decisions have been questioned for the final time. Ive lost it with him. He is continually playing players who are not even sunday league standard ahead of good talent. Young Fleck and Aaron would have done 100 times better than Adam (wank) and Laugherty. Broadfoot - murder! Whittaker - eccentric idiot who thinks he has to skin every blade of grass! Adam - not even a sunday league player Boyd - topic over about him - average lucky player who cant EVER play at top level! Laughtery - 3.5 million - joke! Weir - Past it! Ferguson - past it to control games Where is Velicka? Why not start Novo? Why not play Aaron? Why not play Fleck? WS has it ALL to do

Just stuck a few bets on....2 for the OF and a line in the SPL matches Right enough Rangers moved from 7/5 to 5/4 so im not taking that alone Boyd 5/1 for first goal seems decent considering his form. First goalscorer in OF game could be anyone. Mendes 16/1 was tempting, Barry 12s was tempting but normally a centre forward at home is 3 or 4 to 1 so had to take Boyd at 5s. Also got a cover bet!!!

Choice of places for me also depending if i have a beer or not. If so then il either get a carry out and stay at home or head off to the Rangers Supporters Bar which is also a Scottish pub so may have a few mhanks - which could make the atmosphere a bit better.
