  1. Except maybe Pittodrie and Parkhead????? Unfortunatly I see Fleck being on the bench on saturday which would be a crime, the young man HAS to start
  2. A refreshing thing all round. I didnt fancy Whittaker coming into the team at all, yet WS will probably still play him midfield or something
  3. Craig, Pete and myself have no chance of getting a rigged decision due to the cost of postage and packaging, mind you either does Jon up in the Highlands
  4. A bit out of the blue! Jon, a new neighbour for you!
  5. How lucky are Spurs! 3-0 down and going out on away goals until the 118th minute and they score twice! Spurs v Man U makes for a better final but id have been happy to see Spurs go out. I hope they go down!
  6. This debate actually could unfold further in a few short months if WS doesnt take the title home. He has to be judged at the end of the season. Even if he does win the league we'll probably end up with more of the same next season though. But id rather keep WS than have Levein, McGhee, Calderwood, Jefferies

Hello and welcome to you Norris
  9. Anyone get the impressive Smith is going to set the stall out to 'not lose' the game rather than win it?

    Welcome aboard Der Ranger
  11. Crikey, I thought this was the team you thought will play this weekend until i read it again But that is a pretty good 2nd string team. But im still not having this McCulloch in defence nonsense.
  12. Holy shit that guy is big Beasley and McCulloch will be starters at Pittodrie then!!!! We must have pretty much a clear bill of health bar Thomson at the moment. S Smith has been playing in the reserves also. No excuses from WS for not fielding a good team
  13. I think Mowbray would take the job in a minute. At first when i read his name i thought "no thanks" but on 2nd thought i dont think he would be that bad. As i said Moyes MAY want a crack at the CL and the OF may be his only way at it so who is to say he wouldnt come? He has been on a shoe string budget at Everton.
  14. Would love to see Gough and Wilkins in the set up. Wilkins could possibly be the Manager but he has always done better as a No.2 or a coach. He is Mr Gentleman though! The Laudrups would be brilliant and are probably a good realistic shout. Brian has the club at heart and is another who should be recruited in some role, Im sure he could sway his brother to taking the main role with him as No.2 Our hope for Moyes is if he fancies a crack at the Champions League. He isnt likely to get that with Everton and its yet to be seen if he take over from Sir Alex at Man Utd. I cant see him crossing the city to Liverpool (but it wouldnt surprise me), and i dont think Chelsea or Arsenal would approach him. So he may look at Ibrox to have a go on the European stage.
  15. I wonder if we could get all those stats. Games Played Started / Sub Type of goal: Headed / Penalty / Free kick / open play
  16. But the point is masses of muslims dont follow Islam to the letter in the same way as Christians dont follow it to the letter. I see where you are coming from with dedicted muslims - but IMO they are utter brainwashed more than really stating what the believe. If a certain 'rule' of their religion was to fly a kite everyday they would go out and do so because they have been told to. Ive never been christened and im delighted i havent. I look at religions and i agree with a few points from each one and disagree with loads from each also, so how people can simply agree with just 1 religion is either a huge coincidence or brainwashing
  17. crikey, i wondered why you hadnt been on commenting a big YASSSSSSSS
  18. Mark Hughes is a decent manager but way out of his depth with high star players and billionnaires. I feel a bit sorry for him actually as the players dont seem to respect him. I think they were wrong to sack Sven Eriksson, he done superb considering how bad Man city were/are and would have attracted players
  19. Ach buggar it, he is still shite! He hasnt even scored against Alloa :fish: Thought id add a wink before i get pounded by Jon, Johnny and SAlly
  20. Yeah i fancy 3IAR for Utd, but id rather be silly and have an outside bet on Arsenal or Villa
  21. Fancied a draw here but never had a bet. Really puts Man Utd in the driving seat now. They are picking up 1-0 wins everywhere - Stoke, Wigan, Bolton..... But the top 5 are seperated by 6 points with Man U having a game in hand. Great to see Villa still in it, but pity Chelsea and Man U were so jammy at the weekend as it would have taken Arsenal right back in it also. If the Goons beat Everton next week then they could still be in with a shout.
  22. Adding games played to the list would have been interesting
  23. Wija how on earth can you come out with such trash like that? Do you know all muslims?? I work with muslims and some friends here are also. Those i know dont even consider crime, corruption, lies, fighting, war.........those i work with couldnt be a happier bunch of people despite being on peanuts for a wage. It seems that some of them from certain countries in the middle east who move to the UK to escape poverty may take a bit of advantage of the ease of the British lifestyle but to say tarnish all muslims with the same brush is wrong. As for religions anyway, its another topic but i find it all mind control and wrong to be a religion unless that person chooses what they believe in rather than it being handed to them at birth. Religion is a major cause of conflict.
  24. If your making the journey up then you should get a ticket before the game. Stand outside Burger King in Aultens (dual carriageway as entering the city) about an hour before the buses start to come and you will have a ticket in no time - never failed for me if i didnt have one before hand.

    Beasley

Pete did actually warn us about Beasley being lightweight and injury prone. As Franie says he has looked good in some games but cant get involved in others. Still a better option than McCulloch and Adam for me though
