And why are they leaving it until Friday?? Why cant they just get it done first thing in the week to allow the teams to prepare!! This is another example of people in power abusing their position rather than actually doing a good job. It wouldnt matter if it was Bougherra or Tokely of Caley, they should sorted these things out by Tuesday at the latest.

Its not ironic at all mate. Ferguson is a trouble maker, Mendes isnt - simple as that! Both have had plenty of below average games but Mendes has been the better player IMO. Mendes started the season on fire next to Thomson. As soon as "Ma Baw" came back we saw a different Mendes.

Train services in Scotland/UK are a shambles. Yet the prices are ridiculous. They lay on tiny trains from Aberdeen to Glasgow on Saturday mornings and by the time you get to Perth you cant walk to the toilet as people are standing in the aisles. Last time i was over I took the train back from Newcastle and it went via Carlisle before Edinburgh!! Thats a huge d-tour!

I'll go with that score and scorers! Il also go with Celtic 1-1 Hearts Although it would be nice to have like a 4-3 win for us at Tannadice to make the heart race!!

How do you think I felt living there! TBH there are some decent ones. My mates have had soft spots for Rangers in the past due to me and whenever we watched Old Firm games on the telly or in the pub they would prefer Gers to win. But that doesnt account for the plenty assholes Ive came across. Even when I was about 14, 15 going to a Gers game at pittodrie ive been spat on and kicked by grown men! - Brainwashed clowns!

Im the opposite, I think he will play his cards close to his chest and take Ferguson. Its a bit like when WS went to Everton he took players to Everton he knew like Cleland, Gough and Gascoigne. McLeish may still get a few good signings from other clubs but he will want depth and will see Ferguson ideal for his midfield.

I can see Birmingham coming in for Ferguson and that would be his preferred option to play in the premier league and link up with McLeish again.

Big question for Sunday! Would anyone bring him in to start in the HOPE he can produce a vintage performance??? One problem from BF is he has been played a lot on reputation in the past and has produced far too many below average performances. He obviously has a bad effect on certain people at the club. But with Mendes looking like he needs a beach to rest on I just wonder if playing Ferguson is the answer. But then again who knows if BF is feeling bitter towards the manager and may not give it 100%. Big question!!! Personally Id have him on the bench and see how well Davis, Mendes and Edu start the game.

That was the first thing i thought of. We should bombard him with emails about this. Yet the mentiality of some aberdeen fans is to hate Rangers more than they support there own team and some would quite gladly sit out of europe if it meant us not winning the league. Either way we can get a bonus on sunday if we win the league. We either piss of Aberdeen somehow by winning it and Utd still get in europe or we get to piss off Levein. Wouldnt it be good if Levein was the next sheep manager!

Whilst he does deserve the credit for apologising I think its been forced on him. If it wasnt so blatent i wonder if he would have. Walter and Ally gave him no choice but to say sorry. But even when its blatent you dont see the Mhanks players even being discussed in the mhedia.

After watching Mendes in the last 2 games Im almost agreeing with you about selling him but as for keeping Ferguson no thanks. His Rangers days are rightly over as he has burnt too many bridges and isnt the same player. I will give Mendes the benefit of the doubt as he may be suffering from fatigue due a heavy first season in the rough SPL. He looks like he needs a break, but there has been games this season where he looks the classiest player on the ball. Im hoping for a better 2nd season from him.

Thats the game that sticks in my mind. It was the best Rangers draw ive ever seen. How we didnt score 8 in that game is beyond me. -
You could add King to the list but Rio, Terry and Campbell in his day are easy better than Carragher. Why else did he go off in a mood!!

Of course winning the ugly way but it sure would be boring to watch. But you only need to look at Arsenal to decide. Wenger goes for perfection and playing better rather than winning trophies. And now Arsenal fans are getting frustrated now. Ok they see the best football on the planet at times but there is nothing at the end of the season now. There is a fine balance. You can set up a team to be solid and ugly at the back then have a few flair players that will make you team play well on occassion and for spells in a game. I think one other thing that could be added is fight and commitment. If a team doesnt have much talent then when you see them fighting for everyball you have to give them credit for trying. Some of our performances this season havent even had fight in them. -
Was thinking the exact same thing. BF in particular will naturally feel indifferent if he doesnt play a part and will probably take part in the celebrations but be a bit more low key. Craig, Agreed if we got a classic BF performance then it would win us the title but the odds of him producing the goods are not great. He looked well short of match practise when he came on.

I didnt hear or see any interview. Is that plank Jim Delahunt still on the go?? Agreed, if Aberdeen pip them into europe then it would be nice to see Leveins face! But if it was reversed and we were going to Pittodrie then id feel the same that i hope we prevented them qualifying also on there own patch.
