PLG springs to mind! What they do should never have an impact on what we do.
-
Never heard of him, when I first saw the headline I thought it was Delia Smith.
-
Shame for Ox-Chamberlain, he could have done a lot of damage to opposition. He may still feature but unlikely.

Paddy Power is doing that with England at 100/1

Without stating the obvious, is 32RED our new sponsor? I thought we had Blackthorn for a few years.

Sports Direct refusing to take back my top

I should have said touch wood. Just washed it again and noticed the bottom of the 'T' in Blackthorn just started to come off.- 31 replies

Uruguay were drawing with Slovenia 0-0 after 30 minutes, the bookies gave EVS for Uruguay to win during in match betting so I bit their hand off, it finished 2-0. Put the winnings onto Chile who were drawing 0-0 with Norn Ireland after 70 mins and again the bookies went out as far as 8/5 Chile, I took them while at 11/10, and again it finished 2-0.

Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours

With his lack of goals you'd think Daly was playing centre back in the last 4 months of last season. But Daly and McCulloch in centre half is the most depressing thing Ive ever read. Young Gasparrato (sp) should be streets ahead in the pecking order. -
What a save (cant remember what game it was last season)....apart from that.....
-
A good signing if he is used correctly and is fit. He should be good in the bigger matches when we need experience. Welcome back KM.
-
What is Hodgson thinking playing Stones and Flanagan a week before the first game when neither are in the squad. I see the experience thing but so close to a WC opener? The experience thing also can be a waste, Walcott went to Germany 2006 as a 16 year old and hasn't featured in a WC since. Stones and Flanagan should be in the squad ahead of Smalling and Jones. Englands plan B showed they could get cuffed at the WC against a decent side. One plus side for England is this doesn't seem to be a good Italian team at all, their preparations have been awful. 0-0 with Ireland and 1-1 with Luxembourg.

Southern Spain in the summer is hot and has humidity, ok not at the level as some areas in Brazil, but we're talking the 6th largest country in the world so different parts will have less humidity. My point being they are more likely to adapt to a humid heat more than likes of England.

Can we qualify for Europe next season via the Scottish Cup?
Gribz replied to RANGERRAB's topic in Rangers Chat
In that scenario look out for a quick change of the rules by those attempting to run the game. -
Shirt, jacket and bow tie was class. New genuine away top is quality though. Will pick that up in Amsterdam next month.
-
The elite have won with all the big teams being there. It depends if the draw see's some of the European clubs play in the south as the tournament goes on, which will be a bit cooler. Spain should adapt ok as their climate is warm in general.
-
Certainly will be having a flutter in the coming days. Will go for an out right winner but struggling to decide between Argentina, Germany and Spain at the moment. I think Greece could cost you in that bet, but their group is to tough to call.
-
Hope he makes it. Peralta is the sort of player who could get better for us in time as we move up the leagues and he adapts to the country and football, especially if he is played in his right position.

Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours

Maybe a year or 18 months to late but Id still be happy if Miller signs again, will easily get 12 goals in the championship and as many assists. I think he will be key in the big games against Hearts and Hibs. -
Sports Direct refusing to take back my top

Its the one thing I miss about the UK is you take your faulty item back to where you bought it, here you have to go to the manufacturer. I would say it should have been done at the time, there is no proof you haven't worn it playing rugby every day or only worn it once, however the fact you emailed them in October stands you a chance. I have washed my home top from this season at least 30 times and its still as good as new every time I put it on.- 31 replies

Would be good to sign Fabregas back. Make the strength in depth far more quality. Diaby isn't going to play 5 games a season, Rosicky is 33/34 and Arteta has been good but would be a good squad player.
-
Mols hands down, was an all round player and did it at all levels. Negri was lethal for about 25 games, and was superb in that time but I hadn't heard of him before and he didn't do anything after that injury.
-
Its one from Germany, Argentina and Spain for me. Brazil's home advantage will get them through until they come up against one of those. If I was to name a dark horse then I think Chile may get out of the group that includes Holland and Spain. A lot expected of Belgium but I would say Switzerland could be a dark horse. We are due a good world cup and with the groups drawn as they are with big matches early on and open groups I think we'll get an overall great WC.
-
6 out of 19 world cups have had the hosts win, the law of averages may say its time for that to happen again especially given its Brazil. But like SC mentioned yesterday about the Italians this Brazilian side doesn't have a Pele, Zico, Romario, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho......So I can see Argentina, Spain and Germany beating them if / when they come up against them.

Italy drew with Rep Ireland tonight with their captain breaking a leg and being ruled out of the WC, that's a blow you don't like to hear about.
