  1. Good to have the games back today. Man Utd v Arsenal, I have backed a bore 0-0 and wouldn't mind if I am wrong for some entertainment. Id would take Arsenal over Man Utd today, they look much stronger. Big games over Europe all weekend. Man Utd v Arsenal Leeds v Newcastle Dortmund v Bayern AC Milan v Inter Milan Atletico Madrid v Real Madrid
  2. And I think Durrant may have got the second?
  3. Sorry to be pedantic, Im sure Gary Stevens opened the scoring - the first goal on the run to 9IAR.
  4. Never used to buy from catering, would always fill my boots before going into Ibrox. After a 3 hour train journey we'd always get something as soon as we arrive at the station which would keep us going for a few hours. The burgers outside are always far better quality and freshly cooked.
  5. Holy shit, what a list to have missing.
  6. Plus Arsenal are unbeaten since the opening day of the season and had a stretch of 7 wins in a row. Considering its reasonable still early in the season form goes back to the last 6-9 games IMO.
  7. Surely he is better than the Championships bottom side.
  8. Agreed. Euro 96 and the Euro 2000 games were un miss able. I will probably miss this one as I will be travelling and may not get it, and it hasn't bothered me at all.
  9. England Squad for the match. If they can leave out Ox-chamberlain, Barkley, Defoe and Antonio then they must be confident. Defoe has done more than Vardy and Sturridge this season.
  10. First time ive ever clicked on Instagram. Hadnt heard of the cinnamon challenge before but just read about it, seems a tad silly.
  11. I didn't get that one, it should have been one or the other with Miller or Garner staying. Miller is the form player at the moment. Midfield balance still isn't right for me, the 3 doesn't seem to work. Id rather we look to a 4-1-4-1
  12. Wasn't aware of that. Is that a loan deal?
  13. Over 5 games yes. Over 8 games no. So it depends how far you take it back. But I would be more worried about Liverpool than Chelsea right now if I was one of the other rivals.
  14. Perhaps Ball could return, I think he has been missed and he isn't getting into Spurs team now with the riches they have. It seems we have good relations with both North London clubs and whilst only 15 years ago we were the bigger outfit we should still take their talent on loan where possible now.
  15. Unbelievable as we haven't even kicked a ball yet. That's MW team talk sorted if he wants.
  16. He has only got to look at his assistant manager to know what is possible in the next years despite his age.
  17. I was surprised to know Adam is still only 30, he seems older and with his media things he seems to be winding down. I never rated him at Ibrox he tried far too many Hollywood passes. I watched him last week though for Stoke, he played ok and should be considered for the national team. He still looks like he could shed some timber though.
  18. I never understand players retiring from international duty, its almost a self pity thing and attention seeking.
  19. Would be nice to get 3 points today and get momentum running. Despite being bottom I don't think Ross C are the worst team in the league. Cant disagree with Pete's team, its probably players on merit.
  20. I really don't want to see them win it, I like Klopp but not Liverpool. Would like to see Wenger win one more before he retires.
  21. You have to give credit to Conte. They weren't playing well with 4 at the back and he stuck with his guns and moved to his favoured formation and the players have bought it. I cant see them winning the league, they are still a bit to open and City, Arsenal and Liverpool all look stronger then them at the moment.
  22. Nice 500 bucks win, I backed Sunderland today, they had to win sometime. Awesome from Chelsea. Good game today - North London Derby. Arsenal heavy favourites but I fancy Spurs.
  23. Ross County 0-1 Rangers Miller FGS
  24. Its up to us, if we don't self destruct then I can see them getting to 8 at the max. Its quite obvious they will probably get to 6 this year but if we strengthen then we could get 55 before they get to 7 or 8. It may be a bit similar to them stopping us doing 10 in the 90s, it took them around 3 seasons to really get challenging, even 95-96 they went the season only losing 1 game yet we still managed to get to 8. 9IAR came down to the OF games where we won all 4. I still get gutted about our 10IAR season 97-98, it was out own downfall. Announcing WS was stepping down and being replaced by Advocaat was error No.1. Advacaat saying which players were in his plans was mistake no.2. (Why he wouldn't have wanted Laudrup is beyond me). Letting Gascoigne go with 2 months to go was No.3 - a half fit Gazza would have got us over the line. Poor defeats at Aberdeen and Motherwell mistake No.4 - A win from won of them would have won it. So I can see us putting in a real challenge from next season but it might still take 2 before we win it. I think we were too quick to judge this season based on the OF cup semi final in April. But we are now starting to play well and keep clean sheets, so if we can go on a run then win the NY OF derby we can review things.
