Man Utd so jammy, they are a poor side and we can go there and get something. To be fair the manager needs a summer window but the formation doesnt work in the premier league.
-
Haha Circa 1984. I reckon a kick a boot would have been better than the hairdryer
-
I wish he would. Old School. I just watched "Sir Alex" documentary and there was a clip from him saying "theres nothing wrong with losing your temper" - that is what is lacking these days.
-
Yup Im with you on this. Its the lack of ability to change things that got my bells ringing. Like I said - he seems weak.
-
Then you dont read between the lines
-
I should add - its absolutely right we can now start questioning the manager. I want him to succeed but the excuses are cacking up back time.
-
I just find him too weak and the interviews are getting repetitive now. Like i said in the match thread - St Mirren, Motherwell, Hibs and Dundee = 3 points. That is certainly no blip.
-
Seriously - separate thread for Clement though? First time last night I was fed up of his excuses and nice guy approach. Its like the Celtic game was a fib. I am not one for knee jerks as its best wait to live in the now but holy shit question marks all over him now.

GPL Predictions Bluebear54's GPL 2024/25: Rangers vs St Johnstone
Gribz replied to Rousseau's topic in Rangers Chat
Right now. Rangers 0-0 St Johnstone. again @Rousseau - dont worry about my predictions for the table - although I'll promoted and romping it next season. -
Roger That. Fixture list is updated. Wycombe v Portsmouth - not a bad tie itself yet overshadowed by Villa v West Ham.
-
I dont get Clements interview. Also think he doesnt have the dressing room. I never like to be talking about changing manager but it might be the right time.
-
Wolves v Portsmouth - why is this on a friday night. Keep all matches to a saturday. Cant be because location - Villa are nearby and also kicking off Friday night. Looking forward to seeing Potter's team, if he gets it right then an away win is well on the cards. Arsenal v Man Utd obviously the pic of the bunch over the weekend.
-
The Europa form and table is keeping Clement in a job. Its still baffling how we can be so good on the continent yet dog awful domestically. I am leaning towards Clement he no answers in the bread and butter competition - the league. Yet his contract was extended to 2028 so getting rid isnt going to be easy. St Mirren, Motherwell, Hibs and Dundee = 3 points, that is very sackable.
-
Yeah but as he is out of contract in the summer I thought the remit would be just keep them in the league then start afresh. They must be thinking Ipswich and Wolves are capable of enough points to go past them. Id like to see what Dyche could do with a talented squad and money, he has been permanently firefighting
-
Potter came across well in his interview - not sure how the players will respond but I think the Hammers can get a result there. They have CHampions League to think about. Good match for a friday night though
-
Im surprised Everton pulled the plug on Dyche, I thought it would be just keep them up then change at the end of the season. Fonseca - available and known to the owners. Return for Moyes?
-
They are spreading the fixtures over about 5 days like internationals which for me lessons the competition.
-
Another bad move. The fans dont want Potter either. I certainly dont. What has he done? I wanted Thomas Frank but as I said the other day Sullivan is tighter than a ducks ass and never goes for managers that are in jobs. West Ham are a passioniate bunch and the manager has to win the fans over from day 1, the mood within the supporters groups is nothing like happy.

The Rangers Winter 2025 Transfer Rumours and Deals - Thread
Gribz replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
A total defensive overhaul isnt going to realistically happen, where are the funds coming from knowing a that clubs need at a minimum of 4 centre halfs. King is still young and not had a run so the jury is out if he is good enough. Nsiala hasnt kicked a ball. What happens if these two are duffers? I actually dont mind Propper, I think there is a half decent player in there and may settle better next season. He has done fine in Europe. Is Souttar not getting offered a new deal or something? going into the last year of his contract this should be sorted around now. -
Newcastle v Spurs final would be refreshing but Liverpool will walk it in that tie. Arsenal are not firing, they had as strong a side out last night.
-
Financial Fair Play or Profit sustainability or whatever they want to call it. Crystal Palace are active - they have bids in for Ben Doak and Jobe Bellingham, that would be 2 cracking signings for them.

Throwing him in on a freezing night at Dens Park could put him out until the end of the season! But yeah, him and King needs minutes. -

Craig Moore in midfield was awful but Advocaat recognised this and brought him back to be a quality centre half. -
Unofficial reports that West Ham have sacked Lopetegui publicly and Potter to be appointed but there are also rumours Steve Cooper is being lined up. Potter has met with DOF Steidten and Karen Brady is mates with Potters wife. Getting rid of Lopetegui is the right decision but Sullivan has done the dirty unprofessional thing by admitted the talks with Potter without being man enough to inform the current manager. Everton are also pushing for Potter but additional rumours are that Potter is waiting for the Tottenham job.
