Me, Lyndsy thingy the Rangers media boss has tweeted the deal is almost done but probably not in time for the game tomorrow. A guy in his position would not say that unless it was a done deal

What makes me listen to AJ is the fact he is involved in the highest level of Sports management so he will know how money works in sports. But like you guys say, why didn't he pipe up while he was working for DM?

This is to be taken with a HUGE pinch of salt lads. I run a fairly busy Facebook Rangers page, there are a few guys on there that do have their ear to the ground and when they say something it normally comes true. One lads, whom i do trust sent me a private message saying this thursday the tax case decision will be delivered. He knows someone that is a friend with CW (i believe him) and when talking to CW about the tax case and the outcome CW basically says,"everything will be alright" with a huge grin on his face. I know that the lads on this page are a lot more "mature" then your ave RFC message board, so i have made this post knowing fine well all of you WILL take it with the same size of pinch of salt i have (to be fair, the lad that told me said he is too) but i thought i'd throw that out there for the reason someone else on here might have been told something similar these last few days?

I agree mate, but at the same time i'm of the school that as soon as you put any picture or bit of information online, no matter how secure or secret the website you post on says it is, then it's in the public domain and if it's used elsewhere then you can't really grumble too much. I put it down to common courtesy, a seasoned journo should not have used his kids as a tool in this matter, which is exactly what he did because of their very Irish names.

I guess he reads this board then? He didn;t need to use the kids names at all. It doesn't matter that their father did, he ruined what could have been a good bit of information by using them

Te way things have gone with trialists these last few months, i'm now at the stage where i hope we sign him as if we don't it's more egg on our face. (for the record i realise he's not a trialist before someone points that out)
