I wish they'd said this yesterday instead of having us all on the verge of suicide. Make your bloody minds up!

I joined the Royal Navy at 16 mate, that was 21 years ago. I've probably spent 3/4 years in the UK since then all spread out over those 21 years. I've never had the chance. My old man is in it and went through his degrees at Mosspark with Davie Provan of all people. My Uncle was the Grand Master (that's the "Boss" right?) in Troon, and naturally a few mates are heavily into it including a mate from Troon who was a Grand master and up around the "33 club" by the time he was 28. There is a Lodge in Pattaya, Thailand where i lived for 6 years, unfortunately it's reputation is in the gutter here so i won't go near it. For the record i wasn't having a go at the Masons as i do find it fascinating and have read a lot of books on it and like what i read, i know it's a good thing and does a lot of good behind the scenes for people and charity. I know you guys will tell me "don't believe what the books say" and i don't but they must get some of it right.....rite?

If he's a "Lord" is there not a chance he'll be of the funny hand shake type that i'm sure there's an abundance of on here? (not me obviously)

That's my view and it's why i've not paid much attention to it compared to other aspects of this disaster

How far have they gone?

RFC in court today RE: Collyer-Bristow £3.6million

can the ones that loose out appeal? -
You said it yourself mate, the CL is the glamour stage, the CL is far harder to win than the WC

I think "you must do it at international level" is long gone. It's the champions league that matters now, not the World cup. Personally i don;t think Maradonna could lace Pele's boots, and Messi is better than Pele. I know there is the "now" factor, but still, the game is harder now, you need to have more skill

Administrators organise staff meeting for 4pm today (Wednesday)

I could kiss you right now, even if you're wrong, it's given me a lift. My Xanax are about 20 mins away from knocking me out for 14 hours, so thanks -
Seems like the administrator have been fluffy with the facts all along. They said they did not believe there'd be a need to liquidate us, but didn't guarantee it. They should have said from the start we need a buyer, now. I doubt very much anyone would buy us with the big tax case hanging over us. I think this is a huge wake up call, we're fucked

At least we can move on from this part of the mess. Next up is getting out of admin and a new owner(s) -
I'd hate to be his boxer shorts right now

A very valid point

I know mate, but may be he see's this as a way to get it back and some? I think there's going to be a power struggle break out in the coming days up to D-day. Things could get shitty. I have to admit to rather enjoying this in a weird way

Ok, Dave King is a vulture. He wants liquidation to buy us back for fuck all, and make money for himself. The Blue Knights don't want liquidation and believe we can get out of admin before the season end (as i read it) Right now i see Dave King as a kind of Craig Whyte with out the mask on That's my view in a very simplistic way
