Don't remember them making all this fuss about cost when the Easdales were trying to force an EGM. I would liked to ask him why we have two PR companies both earning thousands of pounds a month from the Club. I don't see how it enhances the Club's image when MH are issuing threats against the representatives of a substantial, number of share holders.

Accepting only one of the guys put forward in the requisition and keeping all the existing directors in place means no change at all - they would be able to outvote him and keep running things as they are at present - to suit themselves.

When you add these comments to the email about fans writing to the CE he does seem pretty contemptuous about most things Rangers.

The people who have invested and taken nothing out obviously have confidence in them and I suspect they know rather more about Corporate matters than you do.

Are you referring to the shareholders who signed the EGM requisition?

It also ignores the fact that the requisition for the EGM is supported by institutions who have put substantial sums into the Club, and unlike Mather and Stockbridge have taken nothing out.

Company Accounts often don't give any real detail.

They must be terrified that the new Directors come in and go through the books with a fine tooth comb and tell us where the money has actually gone.

Why should the Club be paying so some people can try and hang onto their well paid jobs? They were quick enough to squeal about the cost of an EGM, though they were pretty quiet when Easdale was demanding one.

It shows how incompetent the Board is...an official statement saying Irvine doesn't speak for the Club and a few days later they are hiring him.

I'm sure that Malcolm Murray's role in obtaining lot of the investment from city institutions has been mentioned before. I suppose some of the factions were keen to downplay his successes.
