  1. what happens with the shares that weren't taken up at the IPO?
  2. Getting sent to prison is a bit different for dodgy business dealings.
  3. being locked up for fraud is not unproven speculation - no one with that in their past should be anywhere near Rangers
  4. Did anyone keep a copy of what Irvine tweeted?
  5. It's one of the great "what ifs" of our recent past. Another one is what if Michael Mols hadn't got that dreadful injury.
  6. This may be more of a problem for Jack than anyone else.
  7. Is this McConville's blog - and is there any corroboration of these claims? Why would the police be taking photos of HMRC Staff and how would they have their personal details, it's more likely that they were photographed by either press photographers hanging about Ibrox or by staff or other people at Ibrox.
  8. The big problem with Whittaker is that he is capable of horrendous lapses, such as his sending of against Malmo (was it?), that can be very costly for his team
  9. Apparently Dundee United have banned him and the BBC - he's doing well this week!
  10. The Easdales are, in the grand scheme of things, minor shareholders, what do they 10 -12%. How can they be steering the Club through anything with such a small proportion of the total shareholdings? I'm cynical, there are suspicions that this thing about the fine has been invented by someone on their side, and slipped to CF, so the Easdales can look tough by opposing it.
  11. It's a different issue, the fine is payable by the owners of the Club at the time the breaches occurred, it's not the new owners responsibility. It would like fining you because a previous owner had been caught speeding on the car you've just bought.
  12. Is this a bit of spin intended to divert attention from the boardroom issues?
  13. and he's one of the journalists that MH and presumably the Easdales like to use!
  14. The media are probably just waiting for the right time - after all it took a few months for the stuff about Whyte to go on air.
  15. A fight, no way, it would have to be Britain's next top male model contest
  16. I'd also like to see an examination of all the contracts that have been given to third parties for services etc to ensure that (1) there are no links between people at Ibrox and the parties who got the contracts and (2) that they represent value for money.
  17. His claim that there were "huge sectarian issues" will have been music to Muirhead's ears. It's a complete exaggeration of the scale of the issue back then.
  18. Who are the shareholders of Garrion Security Services Limited?
  19. I'm not an expert, but aren't companies required to keep a register of shareholders and so would have a record of who is and who isn't a shareholder. Green was quick enough to insinuate that McColl only held four shares.
  20. I think they would still be creditors - there was/is no guarantee that they would/will recover anything from Whyte, so the debt remains until settled. If Whyte did cough up, he would then inherit the principle creditors cl,aim against the company.
  21. That's old news!
  22. Duff and Phelps gave the right to c;aim the prize money to Green Co, who then were forced to surrender it in the negotiations.
