    He didn't post them, so he isn't responsible for them and he removed them when he was asked to.

    It is hard to see how comments on a football related facebook page could damage Easdales business. The movers and shakers of Scottish business aren't going to be checking out SoS facebook page when deciding whether or not to do business with him.

    From what I understand he gets called the same on Bus forums and non Rangers forums and they don't seem to get served with summonses.

    It will be an interesting case for (as I understand it) the comments complained about were not made by the SoS people but were posted on their face book (or is it twitter) page by other people. Who would be liable (if anyone) the person who made the comment, the person whose page it is or even facebook/twitter themselves. Damages for defamation in Scotland are nowhere near as generous as those awarded by English Courts.

    Who is the "we" that has chased out multiple board members?

    I often think they play like they don't think the manager is going to be around for very long and isn't in a position to affect their careers.

    I must admit that I wondered why Wallace was unemployed when we hired him - if he was/is as good as people seemed to think at the time.
